The nemesis arc between Clive and Kupka is just great.
I saw it as kind of one-sided. At best.
Kupka hates Clive for Benadikta, but Clive mostly fights him because it’s what he does. He seems to hate the ACTIONS more than Hugo himself.
In contrast to how Clive hated Ifrit until he realized the truth, which DID feel like a personal animosity on Clive's end.
@GZilla311 Can't really say it's one-sided if one did something to hurt another, intentionally or not. Whether Clive knew his attachment to Benna or not, he did start their conflict from there. Hugo slaughtered the people in the 1st Hideaway, the Branded from anywhere he could get to, and then the people of Roseria, all to get at Clive.
If we ever get another Dissidia, Kupka should be Clive’s nemesis. Him or Barnabas.

If you really think about it, game play is lore friendly cause according to any ff anime, books and or movies they move and fight like how Clive usually does minus his abilities most of the time

I honestly feel like this was Clive’s “monsoon” moment like Raiden in MGR. he just kinda gets unhinged right here and stays like that for a good while.
Honestly this whole Clive vs. Kupka arc was probably my favourite in the entire game

I noticed a lot of Dhalmekia-related things (locations/people) seem to be very much inspired by slavic cultures, at least in name. (L'ubor, Kostnice, Kupka, etc)

The dodging of Kupka's very first attack; I don't think I've seen that animation. Which ability did you use the avoid his attack at the very beginning of the fight?
It’s from wearing the Berserker Ring accessory, which increases your attack proficiency with each precision dodge. You can get it from the Patron’s Whisper
Also, Berserker Ring STACKS. So dodge a bunch of stuff, and then let rip with LB combos without actually being in Limit Break 😁👍
Now we need someone who can do a mod to put MGR characters in FF16 (like Raiden for Clive and Blade Wolf for Torgal)
I think people will definitely mod this game once it comes out on PC. I can not wait, its gonna be so much fun

Final Fantasy 16 and God of War Ragnarok were the main reasons why border PlayStation 5 I never really was a big fan of Final Fantasy and two I played 7 remake but Final Fantasy 16 made me a recent fan of this franchise this game in my opinion is the best game I've played in 2023 can't wait until the DLC comes out and the PC version comes out so I can watch mods on TH-cam keep up the good work these videos of freaking amazing❤
Oh man I relate to you so much x)) I got a PS primarily for Bloodborne / Demons Souls but FF16 and GOWR have given even more of a reason to go for it.
Can't wait for FF7 remake, I'm a new FF enjoyer as well. I'll certainly try to make videos revolving the DLC for 16 btw x)
Glad you like my comet dude my favourite video game franchises are Final Fantasy God of War Devil May Cry Yakuza and Souls likes elden ring and Metal Gear Rising revengeance all of these games except God of War are from Japanese developers God of War is still awesome but this is why Japanese game developers are the best in making games keep up the good work dude

this is the first time I've ever been interested in a FF game...
The Titan fight has to be hands-down, my favorite fight so far. Bahamut was good, but not that much compared to Titan. Next on my list is Odin and I'm looking forward to it
They fumbled the oppertunity to make every boss fight like MGR
Honestly I really like that the bosses in FF16 feel a lot like DMC / MGR bosses, might just be me though. I didn't play MGR yet but I saw a few bossfight cutscenes and I gotta say the Eikon fights had me thinking about those

Nice gameplay, every other video I watch people play like scrub spamming dodge and got hit by attack so telegraph that even toddler can dodge it, good to finally see some one with actual skill.
Lol this is funny because in the Barnabas fight I got him by almost every attack, so I played awfully there. I do enjoy action games like these though, so I try to get at least somewhat decent with them
@@fermyonds For Barnabas the lighting is while dark plus his armor kind of blend in with the back ground plus his attack some time cover the screen and make it hard to see so I don't blame you for getting hit.
I still want to learn his fight and do a no damage run someday even though that seems so far x)

The gameplay was largely handled by a member of the DMC staff so that makes sense.

Nero would definitely win very easily it’s not even close I think most of the characters in 16 are mountain level at best although you could make an argument that I guess Clives universal maybe probably higher
I get it if you are doing it to buy time for the music but you should be able to get your Stagger Damage way higher. I was hitting 160,000+ before New Game +
My combo currently is to try and activate Will of the wykes then use dancing steel to activate the stagger, then go into Diamond Dust, judgement bolt, gigaflare and then go into windup. Then if I have time I use Zankendatsu. If not I start chipping away at the next stagger bar with it
I like that combo, never thought to use will of the wykes offensively! Here I just went for all Titan abilities because why not -- in normal gameplay I mostly use Diamond Dust to fill up the stagger damage to 1.5 asap, and then Lightning Rod into Gigaflare.
Also another reason why my damage seemed so low here is because it was in Arcade mode with the level scaled wayyyy down x)
Zantetsuken. Anyway, I think it was only rough cause they wanted to use Titan against Titan. Titan is easily the worst moveset (worst Eikonic Feat being Blind Justice tho) so yeah it would end up being difficult.

@@fermyonds I asked around and got a friend's opinion who really loves the character and song the song was for. He said the vocal was a rough transition and the instrumental was dragged on too long, and that you jarringly jumped to the rising verse.
All sentiments I share.
Basically when you cut to different parts of the song they were a bit jarring.
One thing to try is having multiple tracks of the song and have the entire song on each track. As an easy example say one track is just the instrumentals and one track is all of it, so with the vocals. You fade the instrumentals out in to the one with vocals so it blends in and the song timing doesn't change. It's also good to do sudden changes at times when the video matches the energy of the song. Rules of Nature happens when Raiden throws Ray, invariably. Because that shit is raw. So when you find a high energy moment, maybe that's a good time to enter in the vocals. Or when a song does a "drop" or "crescendo".

There's an item called the berserker ring, when you perfect dodge it enhances clives attacks. It comes from the renown rewards
