If I walked into my granddaddys house and didn’t take my hat off, my granddad would always say “your head cold” and that was your reminder to remove your hat. I farmed with my daddy in west tenn. Martin to be exact I remember our trips to the ASC office. I miss my dad, mom, grandparents and great grandmother. When I lost my great uncle I would drive 50 mi every night to feed him his supper and talk. Others in the family thought I was doing for his land and money. I didn't care about any of that. My favorite part was giving Daniel trouble about the hat. It's been a long standing rule for several generations of our family that hats be removed at the table. I got a chuckle, out of that!

I grew up on a dairy farm outside Pekin Illinois. I've been retired now for 5 years. I really like your channel. I like Daniel's humor and seeing dad, little T and Lucy. I have never written a comment on TH-cam before. My wife Donna bought a shirt from you for a Christmas gift to me. She's always been in great shape and health but got sick Christmas morning and died unexpectedly the next day. I'm sorry to bear sad news. She touched many lives and the funeral director said that was the largest gathering since COVID, anyway, we didn't do gifts because she was sick and I just opened her presents last night and a shirt from you was one. My heart is breaking right now but I wanted to thank you for the shirt and keep teaching your son to live for God. Thanks

I just love your Granny she is the sweetest lady, her story warms my heart, so nice to meet you Granny, unfortunately I had to grow up without Grandparents they had passed before my time or when I was very young so I never got to spend time with them, I always admire all the grandparents out there and I am now a Grandparent my self, I just turned 50 years old and I have 8 beautiful Grandkids my self and I am making sure they know me and get to spend time with me as much as they can.
