Stone House: Beginnings of Restoration December 2018

Restoring our 1845 Maryland stone house began with a trip from Louisiana to assess our new property..
We cleared brush and small trees between the house and the road, and removed anything from the house that was not original or that was damaged.
We also checked out our local general store, that we relied on more than once to provide us with hearty sandwiches and snacks during the week.
