This is not meant to be a "gotcha" question. But in a lot of your other tutorials, you mention to not rest your fingers/hand on the mixer. I've been really focused on that habit lately, but I do find that I lose speed if I don't have some support. I see in this video that you are resting your last 3 fingers on the mixer, which is also very comfortable for me, but I've been trying to fight it due to your other advice. So would you say that there are times that you will use the mixer as support for your fader hand? Thank you for all of the great videos, they have helped me a ton!
I find that using my strong hand on the fader, I’m more technical. I may not be as fast on the platter but I’m on time and sounds clean on my combos. If I need to go for speed on baby’s or chirps then I’ll use my strong hand on the platter.
You definitely need to have a great Drag scratch before starting with click scratches
great video thx man

so 1/8 notes you're trying to get 8 flares in a bar correct?
Do you use stronger hand on fader or record ?
