    As the Training Manager, how would you measure the organization’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) against the training that is delivered?

      As a Training Manager, it is often difficult to establish a direct causal relationship between the Organization's KPIs and the training conducted. We have to look at which of the organization's KPIs are we trying to impact. Delving deep into this KPI, we need to separate how that KPI is impacted by the knowledge, skills or attitude of employees. Remember, in training, we can only impact KSA of employees - so other components which might impact the KPI are outside the purview of training.
