Started playing little under 2 weeks ago. Picked up the Mono red this week in platinum 4, and after 3 days i hit mythic. Love it.

Is this only for Bo1? Or is it the same meta decks for Bo3? I'm trying to do boros human for Bo3, but I'm not sure if it's good enough. I'm trying to make Roaming Throne work as well, since Bo3 meta is slightly slower and that might make it work
These are for bo1 buddy, but you can take them to the bo3 ladder. Build a sideboard from what you need to match against other meta decks and see how it fairs. I do like Throne it's a decent card.
I’ve been playing mono red for the last few days, I can’t get a win. I get stonewalled with x/4 x/5 bodies and it just feels rough.
I had a stage like that last season buddy was rough indeed! Think I went 2-9 at one point. This season though same deck I reversed it. Just the luck of arena I guess sometimes and favourable match ups.
Try witchstalker frenzy. I’ve been getting good results and it takes care of your X/4 and X/5’s quite nicely for, generally, 1 mana.
GW Enchantments were really strong even before Calix. Calix made it outright insane. The deck just works.

It’s not. The deck is too slow to aggro decks and loses out to every control deck. I don’t know how people think this deck is any good on a consistent basis. If you go first and have the god hand AND the opponent can’t get rid of calix, then yeah it’s good. Otherwise it’s very clunky
Just getting into arena standard and mono red was what I had the wildcards for. It’s fun to pump out quick games, but definitely want something else for when I’m in the mood to think a bit more.

Do I have to open a lot of boosters or how do I even get all of the cards to build a full deck of yours?
Ways you can build up your collection is make sure to all your dailies and get you 15 wins a day. Get those coins and get packs from the sets you need the most cards from. Only other way is to draft and build your collection that way.
Is Mishra’s mainly used as a sneaky blocker? I’ve played close to 50 or so Bo1’s with the Mono Red deck featured in this video, and have honestly never gotten both on board lmao. I was considering cutting them entirely for two Urabrask’s, or Twinferno! Same with card draw in place of Chandra!

Yeah definitely mate, maybe a few changes but decks like mono red and white would still be there I reckon.

@@nevermore6831 Standard has a rotation schedule that removes the oldest sets from the format. This ensures that only the newest sets are allowed for Standard play. Previously rotation happened every two years in the fall, but rotation was skipped this year and now it's going to be every three years. The change was made because Wizards thought it would help increase the popularity of in-person Standard gameplay

Red wouldn’t be as good. Take away monastery swiftspear and mono red will lose wr. White and black are dominant because they have nearly unlimited removal. So boring.

They’re tier 2 at the moment buddy, although a good deck.
The fact that you feel confident playing 20 lands on a two color deck (I don't care how low the curve is) in MTG Arena makes me think the game is treating you (whales) differently than us pleebs

If any reasonable person is reading this- play blue decks. White and black and too strong. You need counter magic to stop them from playing control. Counter magic is good vs mono red too, but won’t outlast mono red if they have gas.
