Amazon is dropping mine off sometime today. Getting it for hurricanes so I don't have to use my Coleman double burner all the time. A single burner , lighter stove will be nice. My backpacking stoves will still be used for backpacking.
Look for Gas One's "1lb to 20lb adapter hose" if you want to connect a standard 20lb propane tank to this stove. Robb touches on this subject in the video.
I would imagine it’s safe as long as you follow the instructions. I keep my fuel in the garage, and if you don’t have one. Somewhere away from heat sources, just to be safe.
it needs to be removed, doesn't fit. i just got mine today!! i love it, it looks classy, it doesnt look cheap, even the case feels and looks quality. mine came with auto eject features. love it!!!! the older ones don't have the auto eject,, this is the best time to buy one

Yea part of the purpose of the auto eject is you can disconnect the gas can but still leave it in the unit. makes it quick and easy to use each time, Kind of defeats the ease of use if you have to take the gas can out of the stove each time you put it away. ;-( I do like the look and size of the stove, but a big downside for me having to take the can out each time.

The butane cans should say CRV approved (Countersink Release Vent) or else they can explode.

I bought my canister of butane at Lowe's and it doesn't have a notch. I can't get the stove to work.
Rocky Waters I would take them back, Big 5 & Walmart should have the notched cans.
