Stage 6 manifold are Taiwan made rebadged manifold, koso sells those manifold. Rubber does become brittle after prolong use, hard to find replacement rubber connector. TWH makes the same manifold.
The stuffer sits inside the reed cage. It eliminates turbulence in the intake tract and provides maximum air flow to the intake ports, Provides crisp throttle response and better low end and mid range power
Nice video! I ordered the same Stage 6 system and Stage 6 PWK 21 carb for my Piaggio powered Derbi Bulle 2004. Stage 6 MK II Sport, Yasuni R...I can’t wait to put it together new clutch with tidier springs Malossi 2000 variator...should come as a nice sport buid...

would be great to see some videos of the instalation on the scooters , there are very few videos of this parts unboxing and practicly none of them installing the parts and showing how it fits and were can they bump on the frame , for example a 21 pwk on aerox 50

For the amount of time and effort that people put into making these CT manifolds, like sanding the surfaces on glass and such, it only makes sense to spend the extra $$$ and get a nice one. I bought the Naraku Dio intake, just because Stage6 was out of stock. Are those any good? I noticed that the Naraku manifold has a similar reed cage to the CT manifold

Might sound silly but can someone explain to me how the valves are used on the stage 6 intake manifold ? My gilera 50sp doesnt have hoses going to the stock intake manifold ? Do i just leave the caps on and block them off ? Also what setups use these connections. Again sorry to sound dumb

Yep I took an hour to prep my ct mani and took am old kx dirt bike reed cage and boyson reeds with a polini 26 mm carb Ps I also sant plasted it in and out. I runs perfect andvas good as my buddysvstagev6 set up.

I can’t get items that they aren’t producing. These companies stop making items for moths at a time. So nobody can get them.

leave the caps, one valve is oil one is vaccum.
