I guess like many people, we would to see the water output pressure from the shower head than just look at the heater and listen to the salesman talking. Prove the pressure difference than all the technical details, users just wanted to know how effective with the booster pump.

if the water source is suddenly turned off, will it damage the pump?
I believe it will especially when you left it for sometime...
it won't damage the pump. Wherer the water is turned off, the pump will stop automatically too.
