I do like instant heaters better than traditional heaters. This one uses less electricity compared to the ones that have storage.
I have added a little circuit to ours so that only when the water is flowing the heater will turn on. Really felt it handy, if you want hot water while in the shower and don’t want to mess with mains power with wet hand

I have used this type of heater for above ten years. Very useful heater. Heater life is depend upon user. My doubt is transparent body will covered scale forming.

I have both 3 litre instant ( v gaurd Rs.2800) and 15 litre (crompton Rs.5800)...i defenitly say instant heater not suitable for bathing and its good for washing purpose...and 15 litre is very good option. For family with 4 members ( it will full heat with in 10 minute gap)..

Cons can be eliminated if there is a flow switch.
Lot of company doing that we are using that instant water heater (last you mentioned) we using that on last 8 years, but if we forgot to off the switch then heater will melt, we bought from sun heater in coimbatore, note power on and off should be done only water flow present

Looks like it's input watt is too high. 3000W. This is 3 times more than a normal water heater we use in bucket. In my area we have power fluctuations and sometimes our voltage would be around 190. Will this instant heater work for my case??
