Armando's videos are just incredible. His illustrations are low-tech and to the point...a very refreshing alternative to overly complicated CG animations. His explanations are clear and easy to follow. His videos make the case that no amount of technology will ever replace good teaching!

Just wonderful, been searching for "removing arterial plaque build up" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Nanarter Harloffe Smasher - (do a search on google )?
It is a great one of a kind product for learning how to reduce your cholesterol level without the hard work. Ive heard some super things about it and my m8 got excellent results with it.

You can not start the process with high levels of LDL cholesterol because there is no correlation between serum LDL Cholesterol and artherosclerosis. Statin manufacturers would prefer that we no know that there is no correlation between serum LDL cholesterol levels and atherosclerosis but that is their problem. There seems to be a role for oxidated cholesterol but that has to come later in the process. Cholesterol is often used to heal damaged cells so that might be a clue why the cholesterol is building up.
Atherosclerosis seems to be a disease of wealth and modernity.
5 things are associated with wealth.
1 Too much food, lack of fasts, obesity and diabetes .
    2 lack of excursive
3 eating pufa omega 6 seed oils
    4 smoking
    5 maybe more chronic stress.
When smoking goes down the atherosclerosis goes down but does not stop so smoking is not the main answer.
Pufas could cause the cholesterol to get oxidised.
    Insulin resistance starts well before
The real cause of the pr type 2 diabetes and causes excess insulin. Excess insulin might be damaging the endothelium layer of the arteries and starting the process.
Truth seems to be that science does not know the answer yet about how modest wealth causes heart disease.
Maybe we should cut back on wars to fund bio-science.
