For every set as it says 3x10,8,6 does that mean put the weight heavier each set as the reps are going down so 15kg for 10 that’s 1 set then 17.5kg for 8 that’s 1 set etc
Anybody know if it's advised to alternate weekly between part 1 and part 2 of the athlete programme or run part 1 as a block and then switch to part 2? Cheers

thats what im doing working well for me, every few cycles i take a week to redo my maxes in a split type week
