There is NO SUCH THING as "possibly" trespassing. Only the owner of the property can trespass someone. So either he trespassed or he didn't.
Love how they say trespassing when on a public sidewalk
If cops cared about the Constitution or the public good as much as they care about each other we'd be doing alright
You don't even get that type of response for attempted murder. Seriously disgraceful
Here in Orlando you wait, and wait, and wait for Police to respond.
They know Sean is no threat. Its simply an intimidation tactic.
You always catch the most flak when you’re over the target 🎯

Safest county in the USA my dude. Right across the border is NYC, one of the worst. Get your head on right.
No wonder Americans have guns when they have police like this
fun fact: in 2022 there were 18,000 plus armed response deployments in the UK, of those only 4 times
were weapons discharged, while in the US in 2022 the police shot over 1,000 people.

Nah it's not, but it does come a close 2nd to an unarmed black man

No crime, no ID, NO EXCEPTIONS!
"You were POSSIBLY trespassing ....."
Didn't know assumptions were now RAS of a crime.
It doesn’t work like that
It doesn’t work that way. This “no crime, no ID” BS has got to stop. It’s simply not the case. If a cop has a reasonable suspicion or needs to detain anyone for a short time for investigation, the have the absolute right to demand ID.
@@ChristopherBix2 Reasonable articulable suspicion OF A CRIME!!!
Otherwise, any tyrant can demand ID anytime.
And without RAS of a crime, suspicion is nothing but the opinion of the accuser.
@@philipe7937 Erm, yes it does. Demanding ID with no RAS of an actual crime is a violation of the constitutional rights of unreasonable searches and seizures.

I am a 100% disabled veteran and after I was robbed at gunpoint the police officer who showed up decided that I was just some bum and said, "so what," and "who cares," so I feel so sorry for the American people because I didn't know that the police discriminated against people who can't prove who they are and it seems likethe police have given up on America and the police stole my sence of security so I plan on leaving for a safer country because if something like that can happen to me, then my service meant nothing...
The police have failed American and no one should ever trust drug dealers or police officers because they both have no problems doing the wrong thing and it makes me sick to see my country being betrayed by the police...
Thank you for your service.
Cops despise civilians because they are enforcers for the rich and shock troops for Wall St.
Disabled vet here too. The police claimed to “hear screaming for help” in my house where I live alone to bust into my house and start looking for things to get me on. All because a neighbor was spying on me 24-7. Co Springs PD needs to get there shit together. So sorry to hear about your story
The US where they sacrifice the lives of US soldiers for Israel. I hope you understand every war you have been in from the year 2000 has been for Israel. Just think about it.
My husband and i are both disabled vets. We have both been treated like p.o.s. by some police(not all) but, when we have, it was awful. I spent 6 months in jail on a nonexistant warrant. This shit is horrible.

Cops are goons for the wealthy and a hock troops for Wall St. The irony and moderate entertainment is.....the cops are too dim to know it.

@@waynehand6067 wouldnt be harassment at all, more than likely this fictional "spouse" would be putting themselves on camera.
Most auditors dont just record and publish anything, only the things that bring attention to themselves. Corrupt cops bring themselves to the auditors afterall, its not the auditor wasting resources its the cops refusing to handle actual crime and spending time on people doing legal activities...also if a cameraman is harassing your spouse get the spouse to leave, they're embarrassing themselves.
