The Revenge of Shinobi every bonus & secret items playthrough Hardest

A High score walkthrough showing every crate and hidden items whilst getting a Perfect/technical and Secret bonus on each level.

The secret bonus is awarded when you kill the boss and have remaining 11x the amount of shurikens compared to lives.
11x EXACTLY,no more, no less even after killing the boss,waste one shuriken and no bonus.
Bonus points explained;
CLEAR BONUS - Calculated by awarding 1,000 points for each remaining life bar after clearing a level. You also are awarded with an additional 2 life bars every 100,00 points (up to 16 bars), for a maximum bonus of 16,000 points.
PERFECT BONUS - This is based on having a full energy bar after killing the boss.
TECHNICAL BONUS - For having ninjitsu magic left over after each level,you can get even more points by collecting more magic and not using them.
SECRET BONUS - For each life left after killing the boss you must have 11 times the amount of shurikens exactly.
From my experience,not sure if it can differ, points awarded as follows;
0 lives & 0 shurikens = 10000 points
1 lives & 11 shurikens = 30000 points
2 lives & 22 shurikens = 10000
3 lives & 33 shurikens = 30000
4 lives & 44 shurikens = 10000
5 lives & 55 shurikens = 30000
6 lives & 66 shurikens = 10000
7 lives & 77 shurikens = 50000 POINTS !!
8 lives & 88 shurikens = 10000
9 lives & 99 shurikens = 30000
10 lives and onwards doesn't seem to work ,I tried everything but don't think it registers hence why I kill myself at certain points in the game to stay way below 10 lives+.
