Naihanchi Shodan: Okinawan Karate

Naihanchi Shodan ( Tekki in Shotokan ) Karate Kata, martial arts, kata variations, karate techniques, self-defense. Another favorite kata I love to practice using more of a Passai Dachi style stance to develop getting your whole body into the kata for power. Being very light on your heels so the feet can have more freedom of movement that allows your body to twist / rotate more freely and naturally.
