Hello. In my case, error A.810 occurs every time I turn off the CB. I have tried to replace a new battery, swap cable with other servo and replace the amp but it still occurs on the same servo. The motor still works ok. What is the problem with it?

Thank you for your interest in "MotionWorks IEC - Absolute Encoder Reset (A.810 Alarm)". The A.910 is an overload warning which can turn into an A.710 alarm. It indicates binding in the system. A possible brake may not be released. You may need to isolate the motor without the load. For further assistance please contact our Technical Support at www.yaskawa.com/support-training/support.
@@YaskawaAmerica Yeah, I figured it was an overload of some sort when I looked up the alarm codes online. The servopack displaying the error controls the servomotor of the Z Axis (Up/Down) on the CNC machine I'm working on. We figured out today that not enough grease was getting there to lubricate needed areas, and the servomotor would experience some difficulties while lifting the machine head up, and presumably would experience some overload as well, stopping the machine dead in its tracks.
