Bobby from NJ. Great job on the video. Listen, a little tip. To find out a back story on a place, sometimes you need to go to a local library and ask to look at some old newspapers. Stop at a local mom and pop business and talk to the locals for information.
Nice exploration! I wonder what led to the park's demise. Weed's been legalized here in Maryland, and plants are popping up everywhere, lol. I'm surprised you didn't see any squatters. As for ticks, I use permethrin on my clothes and find it wholly effective. Great video! 👍
Thanks for advice with the ticks from what I heard a huge development company bought out the neighborhood and plan to eventually demolish it for a bigger neighborhood
Lahey built the new park, unfortunately, he had issues with the septic pipes running under Julian's grandmothers trailer which placed Lahey up shit creek without a paddle. Lahey managed to get off the booze and discovered that barbs deed for Sunnyvale contained 50 acres of prime development land hence Jim making a deal with her to sell his share, and use his profits to fund Lahey's Luxury Estates.
Bobby from NJ. It looked like they either sold the place, or were shut down. I say that because they had red x's on the trailers. Which is what they do on homes when people move out, even tho they have to check them anyway. The one trailer had a lot of water bottles. Which tells me they tried to hold out longer. Study clothes styles, and furniture from different eras and it will give you more of an idea of the history. Thank you again and keep up the great work.
some kind of natural disaster probably.after an event occurs police, fire, national guard, etc go door to door to check for people...once its checked and cleared it gets marked.
You guys did a good job with the video, but maybe next time do a little research into the places you explore and talk about it. Otherwise, it was done well. Nice work guys!
Dude around 4:22..I can’t tell if it’s a trick of light but the trailer across from the one your in. It looks like someone was looking from that window at the other trailer then moves away
After looking at it for some time it’s a black tarp looking thing in the window unfortunately no ghost I will be doing a video soon here a ghost hunting video to see if I can find paranormal evidence
You know idk if allwhere drug addicts or what but i see alot og families probably lived there at one time long ago .sad in a way...... the left over stuff .

The way of the road
Looks like a park I would ride past in Oak Grove, KY.
I love that 57 chevy magazine cutout on the wall ❤

Not going to lie… I stumbled across someone’s abandoned area of operation and it spooked me. I’ve been nervous to go back out. 😂😂😂

Was this from a flood, or is it an abandoned crack park??🫢
I find it a little strange that no former residents didn't hook there mobile home, if they owned it, up to their pickup or SUV and tow it away!😮
It would be too heavy.
Why are they all trashed out? Most could be refirbished and provide places for the homeless. Such a waste!
@@jjdjj5392 they’re trashed out because kids keep destroying them
a dead body in the trailer, lol
I wonder what the story is...
