Those young people have done an amazing job....both the young men you hired and your girls. They have earned every penny you agreed to pay plus a generous tip of some kind. Tell them an old lady in Texas is impressed!!
That shed could possibly be made into a nice separate granny flat. Remove the big doors and put a sliding window door, and turn that room into your living/ dining room. Turn the room on the left into your kitchen and then turn the lean-too on the side into a bedroom/ bathroom. Fantastic job, kids and Brandy.
I can't believe anyone would leave such a mess. That is uncalled for. You could make it into another apartment. The kids are doing a great job. I'm glad they are wearing mask. I loved this video.
My son is autistic and he always looks at everything as a potential treasure. That place cleaned up real good. Young kids are always a big help when we older folk can no longer move as well as we would like. They all did a great job.
@@trfarmer3869 not, for that price. Just because it’s old doesn’t mean it’s going to sell for big bucks. The fact that it’s been sitting in a shed for many years makes it less desirable.
Great job everyone! What an improvement! Your kids and their friends are amazing! All 4 kids are awesome! They all have bright futures. The biggest reason is because they're your kids! God Bless you all. This looks like it was as a hoarder situation to me. Your property looks great now!
Those two boys and your girls were working hard. Sounds like Hadlee had fun looking through the stuff. Can't wait to see what y'all do with the house and shed. GOD bless y'all.
Love and enjoy watching your videos. May the lord bless and protect you cleaning the abandoned garage on new property. Sewing machine is a industrial machine
That was two hard working young men. They did a lot of cleaning. Your girls were working hard to. Can't wait to see what y'all do with the house and shed. GOD bless y'all.
I'm having a blast watching this. You never know what you might find. I'm with Hadlee. Your so lucky to have the boys as have done a great job as well as Haydon and Brandi. Love y'all
You can get pool table legs. Then you have a $1,500 pool table. Worth saving as well. Glad you found cast iron. A frying pan & dutch oven. Good one guys. Hadley should video her found treasures. THIS IS FUN DUTCH!
Hi Sean, I can’t imagine people leave that much stuff behind, especially when most of it is garbage. That’s a good idea, use the Bob Cat to scoop the junk up🤗 The kids are doing a terrific job, good for them. 🙁👍👍❤️❤️🇨🇦
The house was foreclosed. They must have fallen on hard times. You never know what they were going through. A provider could have died, gotten sick or injured and could no longer work, could have lost a job, could have been on drugs, etc. when people have money problems they sometimes give up on many things and if they are depressed and in despair sometimes things go get disgusting. And losing a house often means going to an apartment or even being homeless. They probably couldn’t take anything but what they took with them and couldn’t afford to or couldn’t physically clean up. You just never know.
I've fallen on hard times before and was on a deep depression for a couple years. I had to leave 90% of my stuff because I had no one to help me move. 😢 so you never know what a person goes through.
I have to give kudos to those kids!! Hard working, problem solving, they were great! You and Brandi should be very proud of your girls, and those guys worked hard! Good job kids! 👍👍👍
I and my coworkers cleaned out a single wide in the Smoky mountains. I got a solid oak table, four oak chairs and a 😊 film projector and Crystal radio for police activity. It was so cool to relive
Hello, wow it almost lookes like they lived in there also 🤔 probably not. Woops as I watched further in that was a shop that's cool to have that all together. Clean up the sewing maching & give to a museum. Thank you again for the tour of everything. Take care & love you all also.🙏❤🤗😊
They might not see it yet but your kids and those boys are being taught a very valuable lesson . They know how to work hard and make and make it benefit them and pay them . Americans now are very bad at paying high prices for nice things , trashing them and throwing them out . Hadley ( I hope I spelled that right } is busy finding treasures where most don't . All your girls are learning to work hard and work with people and could make great supervisors and company owners ( I can just see them now getting on lazy boys for not doing a good days work ..ha ha ) . I'm real proud of your family , you work hard see value in it and they are an asset to the areas you live in ... God bless you all . PK ( I'm getting older and had a stroke so I hope I spelled everything right and it makes sense ) in Jesus's name . PK
Show us all the cast iron stuff you found. That's real good stuff, so long it's not cracked or has holes in it. It restores really well with some TLC and seasoning.
I love how the Fantastic Four get the main garbage room, I mean garage room, about 95% done before taking a break. My OCD butt would have to finish that last little bit up. A giant trash can with a snow shovel should work nice. Although, they came back and worked on the second room too and that's past my imaginary work limit! Lol.
G'day all. I am enjoying these abandoned house vlogs. The car/tool shed looks like it could turn into a granny flat. You all are doing one hell of a good job.
That garage space would make a great shop since it looks like it has a sink and everything. Hopefully, it is structurally sound enough to keep. I don't know about having it as another rental, even as a studio apartment thing you don't want your tenants too close to one another. Especially, if you rent the main house to a family. But it would make a great workshop which could get you more rent money or even have it as an extra room. Like a mother-in- law suite.
My grandma's in Kentucky always had those enamelware basins, some were for washing dishes, others were for using to bath in vecause they didn't have indoor plumbing. And they had different ones they kept in the bedroom for chamber pots. Someone who restores antiques might be interested in those sewing machines. Pretty nice having those teenagers to help. We need an update on the Peacock hen, is she still sitting on her eggs? How is the Peacock enclosure progressing? 😊

I just found your channel and I’m really enjoying it! We’ve done similar things in our life but now we’re in our 70’s. It’s fun to watch others with the energy and vision that we had back in the day!
The kids did an amazing job. Did you ever find the lid to the Coleman jug? Sean I think you’re right about knocking down the second lot and eventually build something later❤.
I'm much like Hadley in that area. Everything needs to be looked at, in case it's worth anything - though not necessary monetary worth, as I guess most people would look for. I do a lot of upcycling as a hobby, so I see something worth keeping in a lot of things that others would just downright throw out. Cleaning out a house or shed like that - would take me forever to get done, lol. Anyhow, everyone was doing a great job!
I had one of those Coleman jug with the cup and someone threw it out on me along with other vintage camping equipment. I have stopped talking with that person until they replace everything.

Yes, that old singer sewing machine cleaned up is worth up to $2,000. Highly sought after by collectors. Awesome find!
I’ve never seen an old Singer sell for that much. Around $500 is usually very top $$ for one. And it would need to be in working condition.
30 - 50 bucks in Wisc.
If the sewing machine can be workable there's a lot of sewers that would be willing to buy it.
@@trfarmer3869 not, for that price. Just because it’s old doesn’t mean it’s going to sell for big bucks. The fact that it’s been sitting in a shed for many years makes it less desirable.
It’s may be rusted all inside, which would make it useless.
