Hey, a Neshoba county native here. The photos are not from the Neshoba County Fair but the Choctaw Indian Fair. They are usually a month a part and the Choctaw Indian Fair is in Choctaw, MS and the Neshoba County Fair is in Philadelphia, MS (a couple of minutes East from Choctaw, MS)
U coulda brought up Grenada Lake's annual Thunder on Water festival in Grenada. Its the biggest fishin event in the North Mississippi area. I think there's a cash prize to the winner who catches the biggest catfish. And there's also a carnival that happens out at the Grenada Lake spillway and that's usually the best part of it in my opinion. $20 at the carnival will buy u a wristband where u can ride anything u want for free til 11pm. Theres also plenty of games and plenty of food and plenty of souvenirs. And it usually happens the first or second week of June
Many people ain't poor my uncle live in the Vicksburg part of Mississippi he has a 3 story mansion with a Tesla outside and some nice luxury vehicles. I even have picture proof.

Some states surprise you, Kentucky you can zip line under ground in a cave or see one of only two regularly occurring lunar rainbows in the world. Visit homes from the underground railroad with hidden passages. Put on a hardhat and explore the longest cave system in the world. ...guess I'll stay in the hotel when Im stuck in MS.
I was in meridian Mississippi 2 years ago and I couldn’t believe how bad the streets were. They are the roughest streets that I have ever driven on. Beautiful town .
I know that most places, (including Mississippi) have good things, but Mississippi is probably the worst state along with New Mexico and Missouri. Heres why. Mississippi is vulnerable to hurricanes, has the least money in our nation, the lowest life expectancy, the 8th highest unemployment rate, the most conservatives, theres nothing to do, the river is very dirty, 1 in 7 homes are unoccupied, has the 3rd worst weather, the flag references confederacy. I'm not not, I'm just disappointed. If you can prove me wrong, please do.
