Thanks for the video. I removed the recalled airbag in my Corolla many years ago for safety's sake, but never got around to taking it in for the repair. Finally took it in for the recall repair like 5+ years later and the dealer couldn't do the job because my car was missing the bracket and nuts/bolts to mount the new airbag (I threw them away years ago, whoops!) This video was a good memory jogger before I go to the salvage yards and grab the bracket and hardware from another Corolla. LOL.
Were you able to run the car without the passenger air bag?I would like to do that with mine.I dont carry passenger often and could seat them in the back if needed.

I called a popular local repair shop and asked them if they could replace the airbag if dealer does "nt and they said the dealer has to do it because their is a code to put into the computor.Did yours run for you with the new airbag?

Dealer stalling in my case.I would like to unplug the airbag and take it out untill it gets fixed.
