The squats especially you do for them great legs .I recommend reverse grip benches and rope hammer curls to add the mass .add two inches on them guns this year.the reverse grip benches will help all your press movements.the constant tension and squeeze you can get on the triceps is second to none for big arms .I wish one pro would do them .lee haney use to do them .try them next week master them.happy training shed .
