Yea but all the reposting/recycling of old material...if he is revising this content he should at least delete the previous COPIES.

Secondly the legitimate carnivores will outlive ALL vegans and vegetarians.

He has such a deep perspective on the diet of our species going all the way back thousands of years but what he refuses to accept is that eating meat is SO natural within the food chain as a matter of fact ALLIGATORS ARE CARNIVORES and some live seemingly forever if not killed by another lifeform.

This info is FREE to us seekers & learners..
I appreciate the pace with which Dr Gundry speaks, so we can grasp his full teachings!
    1st it grows our patience!
There are many folks listening to learn- the info is vital!
Keep what is worth keeping- & with a breath of kindness, blow the rest away 😉💙
We can be so impatient, feel entitled, be arrogant and self-righteous (like spoiled brats) when responding-
    So, an expression of
gratitude could even inspire others to realize the value of all Dr Gundry has shared for decades 💕💐

Dr. Gundry I can't thank you enough. This video was a WOW for me. Eye opening information. Thank you for all these information you provide us in detail so generously. How can I forget the 'war' in my gut, the bacterial attack, etc. and not to stop eating those mouth-watering lazor blade delights. Wow!
    You deserve a Nobel Prize.

I never had a test for a leaky gut but I am sure I had it. I was trying to fix it by eating, oatmeal, and salad with my fresh cherries tomatoes, bell peppers, and eggplant. Oh, Almonds and Cashews I would eat them by the pound. In fact, I was eating all the stuff that Dr. Gundry said I should not when thinking I was doing the best thing eating this "Health Fooda". One day after a big plate of granola with pumpkin seeds I got sick to my stomach for a week. I thought I would never be able to drink red wine again as it really hurt my stomach. I then followed Dr Gundry's non-lectin diet and felt better in just a couple weeks. I can now enjoy a whole bottle of red wine without any issues. This radical change in my diet has cured me. Thank you, Dr Gundry!

This one I can certainly attest to. I had a WBC of 3,100. I was sent to a blood cancer center. They found out I had the EBV. They wanted to take bone marrow for further investigation-I said NO. I took matters into my own hands and did the Autoimmune Diet (AIP) for two weeks. Guess what ..my WBC came back up into the normal range. We check another two weeks on the diet and still my WBC was well within the normal range. This hadn’t happened in a year! I was always low. Just WOW! The more you know.

I mixed olive oil and apple cider vinegar in a container. When the olive oil rises to the top of the vinegar, does it take any of the properties of the vinegar that helps mitochondria unlink from each other or does the vinegar take away the properties from the olive oil? What happens?

Zinc lozenges for a sore throat I presume. I use Colloidal Silver at 20 ppm and it kills a sore throat by the time I finish spraying 7 squirts down my throat. I repeat when the sore throat comes back usually 3 times per day and in anout 2 days no more sore throat - I also spray my sinuses during this process.
