Ralfy that swing arm mount repair was sweet. You always go the extra mile to do the job right there is no cutting corners in your shop. That’s why I look forward to your videos. I sure hope your run of bad luck is behind you for good. Take care and ride safe.
Excellent, meticulous work on "Customer" bikes, Bailing wire and Bubblegum on your personal ride..."The Cobler always has holes in his shoes" ..LOL..Just kidding! ..You always do 100% !!..👍👍👍🗽🇺🇸
Hi Ralfy , looking at your rear caliper on the Zephyr, looks like the pistons are in the wrong way, I've never seen that before, always look forward to your vids, watching from South Oz, cheers matey.
hahhahaha Use a "g clamp! on the zepher caliper hold the one that moves and stand on brake pedal bit of wet and dry Lube and stuff it in! Im only saying this cause I don't want to go into my workshop and start work its too hot for work
Ralfy use a G clamp push the piston back then you can pump it out put it back in with the pads use a G clamp you probably know not trying to tell you anything

Would it not be easier to buy a used caliper bracket for the V Rod wheel, rather than make one ?
Possibly, but the owner hasn't supplied one, I'm also not sure if the caliper or disc are standard vrod
