Don't rip them out, even if you think is bad its a good way to track your progress. If you get rid of them it becomes much harder to see progress at all, and then you call feel more stagnant than you are.

You got most of the 12 principles of animation in there jazza. So if you haven't animated in a while you still got it.. Well most of it, XD its hard doing all 12 at once. Not all animators can, but well done none the less :)
