Hi Judy, I love your style and content:
    1. No unnecessary waffling.
    2. Perfect length video's to delve in properly.
    3. Great questions put to your guests.
    4. Great paraphrasing to those questions to ensure you've interpreted the answer correctly.
    5. You don't interrupt your guests and you listen intently.
    6. Timestamps on all video's.
    7. No click bait photo or subject line.
I can tell you operate your channel with a driving force to help people, not make money. We're blessed to have you. Thanks for being the wonderful person you are and for all you do. The world is a better place with you in it. ❤ 🙏

My big takeaway: chew until it is liquid.
As a hospital floor nurse, I developed the eat dinner in 5 minutes or starve habit. 40 years later I need to kick that habit😁
    Thank you!

So much great info. I was told to do carb cycling with my menstrual cycle and also to let my body heel before worrying about weight loss. That approach gained me 10 pounds! I’m now back on carnivore are feeling great and the fat is coming off.

I enjoy listening to all the podcast. They are very informative. I am a 61 year old woman that has had my thyroid removed. Also, I’ve had a gastric sleeve weight loss surgery. I lost 100 pounds. I’ve been on carnivore for eight months. The brain fog was and I felt great. But I did not lose any weight. I had to take an antibiotic for a tick bite. Ever since then things have changed drastically. I’m tired. I have a lot of leg cramps. I’ve just finished my first week of the gut health kit and The 75 hard program. I really hope this combination heals my gut and I can start losing weight.

Not loving the take on Bioidentical hormones. Also need more vitamin D3 which in itself is an actual hormone and most do not have optimal levels and why so many got sick from the Illness and succumbed to it since 2020.

I love that you adressed the topic of "female cycles + cycling carbs". I know this known doctor on ytube that promotes carb cycling and fasting for women and I was wondering how that applies to carnivore women. She promotes lots of veggies and doesn't belive in oxalates though lol

I'd love a lymph massage. I have to be careful with exercise because of my CIRS, and it's frustrating because I love jogging, walking, hiking and doing hard work! And now that I've been feeling better thanks to carnivore, not being able to do as much work as I feel like I want to is so frustrating! But then I also have those days the Welchol is just kicking my butt and I can barely get out of my chair to do anything, too, and don't even want to. Oh, I want off this roller coaster! But thanks to God and you, Judy, I'm on the right path now.

Carnivore is the most basic way to get complete nutrition. There is no reason to care what anyone else thinks if one wants to add something back. Nature has many ways to limit extras in the diet and that is probably the best way to think of adding variety to the diet if one really wants to.
Labs are messy. Unless someone can get regular labs, it is very hard sometimes to get great answers from period tests. Labs ranges are based on sick populations, and very few people get labs on a regular basis to find trends and nuances. They are a tool, and need to be used, but understood that they may not work correctly every time.
Coffee and cream has never been good for me. Started and stopped several times and it never trended well.
I write down everything I eat and have since day one of carnivore. This was intended to see if there were trends that became obvious. The coffee and cream track exactly with better and worse blood sugar periods, as well as sleep, which I don't track, but is obvious that I don't do well when on the coffee.
Thank you both, always a pleasure. It is obvious you both care passionately about health and want to share and help.

So I had a CIMT and they incidentally found a nodule on thyroid. I had uterine cancer in 2019, hysterectomy was done and I’m 57. Been on ketovore since December 2023. I feel amazing, lowered a1c and crp too. A friend sent me an article stating that I had hysterectomy it can lead to thyroid cancer. I’d love someone’s thoughts on this. I started iodine drops in water with selenium this week. I am also using a castor oil pack at night on thyroid. The endo doc isn’t available until October so it’s a waiting game now 😩.

So do you think differently about (re hrt) replacement in post menopausal women? Hormones are a goose egg at that point; what do you think about what the latest studies show about how hormone replacement therapy is protective for dementia/Alzheimer’s, osteoporosis & heart disease?

  • @taradodson8097
    @taradodson8097 ปีที่แล้ว +1

So, should our main goal be balancing hormones. I just finished doing a 3-4 month trial of eating for my hormones including carbs per another Dr. My hormones seem to be fine other than having monthly headaches, which is why I tried it in the first place. Carbs are really not for me, so anxious to go back to full Carnivore!! I'm still having the headaches, usually two per month. I tried extra mag that is seeming to keep the headaches from migraine level. But they have not disappeared. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!

Please someone explain how HRT identical, which is plant based saponins is then identical to our hormones that are made from cholesterol!? I don’t get it ! Don’t they then compete against each other!? And doesn’t HRT just increase cortisol which is why women then feel really good!!? How are they identical and how them do they work!? No one seems to answer that question! Thank you 🙏🏻

Obviously eat 1/2 pint of cream a day (only kidding) [worked for that one inquiring mind…]
Up the protein and lift heavier weights is what I’ve gathered from other people’s videos. Dr Kevin Stock was working on an add muscle mass regime, he was /is into body building and an interesting dentist!
