  • 🔋Join me at a Level 2 Tesla wall connector site in Pittsburgh, PA that is located at the Ross Park Mall. This site is completely free of charge (no pun intended) at the time of this recording!
    - This mall is a popular tourist site with many stores and restaurants, including an Apple Store, Gucci, Lego, and Cheesecake Factory!
    - Flowing around 9-10kW per hour, this 48A wall connector can juice up your electric vehicle while shopping or having a dinner date!
🔌 Hosted by the Ross Park Mall at 1000 Ross Park Mall Dr, Pittsburgh, PA. 15237, this station is around the back of the mall complex, but close to an entrance.
    - Level 2 charging infrastructure will be vitally important at businesses and community centers like this, so be sure to check in more as we cover these sites as they pop up throughout PA!
    - Tesla has recently stated on X (Twitter) that they would be “more than doubling annual openings of the Destination Charging network”.

Perfect place for L2 chargers. The Tyson's Corner Mall in VA has 4 EA DCFC chargers. Don't they want me to spend 2-3 hrs shopping while I charge? Nope, they want me to charge in 30 mins and leave, I guess.

@@gregpochet4812 I totally agree, this is where level 2 shines! The slower charge speeds pair nicely with spending time at the mall / restaurants. The only thing I would change would be to add more stalls, there seemed to be a lot of Teslas parked close but were not able to charge because of the site being full.
