This recipe hits home but in Iraq we brush the fish with pomegranate sauce or tamarind sauce before broiling/grilling... do away with garlic in favour of coarsely chopped onions and add raisins to the ginger, salt, lemon, and black pepper mix. You won't regret it. Buon appetite
I'm prepping up a small piece of Lake Trout for my dinner as I drool over the vast selection of saltwater fish you have at your fingertips. So not fair. This is easily my favorite saltwater channel and a close second is Sammy Hitzke. Love the variety of specimens and the approach you take getting after them. Taking the time to acknowledge your Love for the Lord is second to none. This Mid-Westerner is a devout follower of your channel. You are salt of the earth. Peace brother.
Gulf of Mexico is amazing because of the selection of species. When I lived in Florida, I'd find monsters in knee high water. The hard part was the level of difficulty due to the variety. Where I grew up on Cape Cod, you can catch mostly anything with a live line and a lot of the same tackle.

I'm not familiar with a Rainbow Runner but when you sliced it for Sashimi, I knew that I will have to try it. I could live on good Sashimi. That looked awesome. Sliced, it looked a little like Yellowtail. I don't think I have ever watched a better fishing channel. You aren't just a fisherman, you could be a Chef. Your seafood cooking skills are over the top.Then to top things off, you like Sashimi. It is packed with protein, and important fish oils. Not many folks down here like it. I've been eating it since it became a part of our "food Pyramid." That is more than 35 years for me. I'm 75 yoa and still alive and eating Sashimi.
A great show for us land lock mountain and high plains people to escape the beginning of the long hot dry dog days of the end of summer in the the Big Sky Country, the last best place, just like the gulf in the great state of Alabama. I really appreciate your videos at the gym. Thank you.

I've been on so many party boats and even a few charters and none of them are anything like what I see on your videos. I caught one king on super expensive charter and my turn was done. I bought a Diawa BG a few months back and had yall spool it with 10lb braid. It was spooled like that (tons of line) and I just knew I'd be getting wind knots but haven't had any at all. That BG and 7'6" TFO is a fantastic combo.
You should make a video about all the rods and reels you have and explain to us when and where to use them for us that are not very experienced with ocean fishing I know it's not your normal video but it will help
