Cam, thanks for the comparison between batches, that was super helpful! I would love to support the channel, but batch 1 sounds more up my alley. I just don’t enjoy super proofy pours, much more into elegance and subtlety. (scotch Sunday fan here). Regardless I appreciate you highlighting the differences
