  • We visited the historic factory in Viale Ciro Menotti while the GranTurismo was still made by hand. The company is preparing to go electric.

    I own a Maserati Ghibli SQ4 GranSport, and love it. After its warranty expires, I plan to update it to a Quattroporte S4Q GranSport.

    Anyone else thought it was funny how that dude who started the GTS "for the first time" threw it STRAIGHT into gear without letting all the juices and oils circulate first?? Either very confident or the dude is causing damage

    I understand that eurozone have devastated the italian industry but i really don't get it why Maserati don't use AR's Giorgio platform in order to bring in market a new series of
    Ghibli/Grecale/Alfieri coupe/Alfieri spider...

    Its a shame social media posts and popular car reviewers have ruined the Ghibli models and caused their resale values to plummet. No one wants to own a Ghibli and barely anyone knows what a Quattroporte model is all about. The brand has very poor association with potential buyers in the US Marketplace. I am a fan of their cars, but no one I know personally is. My group prefers Japanese brands and they are afraid of owning an Italian automobile. The idea that people would flock to Maserati for luxury vehicles has turned out to be a bad idea.

  • @alessio.123

    The problem in the eu is that 2 or maybe 3 countries want distroy the italian economy because they have fear italy can fly to high! But you can't destroy the history and the proud of the people, NEVER!
    SORRY, but that make me sad and angry!😡
    In Love from Switzerland 👋🏻♥️

    I always loved Maseratis but they have been lagging behind the other manufactures in almost every aspect. They cant compete with ferraris, Aston martins, rolls royce and they also cant compete with bmw, audi, or Mercedes where do they fit? They dont have the performance or luxury of the higher end and they lack all the features of the lower end. I would still get one but i would be an idot to get a new one unless i had that much money to waste. Maserati needs to innovate either create a bare bones luxury with high end performance or be a high end luxury that has more features then the mercedes and bmw that your supposedly better then. If your using a ferrari engine then fine but why buy a new maserati instead of a used ferrari?

      You are wrong and you think you are smart ? So funny... Maserati is higher level than Mercedes, Audi, and every German car , except Porsche ( same level ). You are not an European that's why you talk but know nothing about our History in luxury car. When you drive a Maserati, even a use one, then you know what you buy and you know you haven't not make a mistake.

    • @michaelmejia7753
      @michaelmejia7753 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@GB-333 This video is about the current Maserati brand, I'm not talking about its history. And for performance and quality you can get a lot more with 150,000 in any of those German brands then getting a Maserati Grand Tourismo. I'm not calling the cars ugly, I'm saying for that amount of money you can get way better cars.

    Doing more operations on multiple models is not something buyers wanna hear. And why doesnt a expensive gt car have underbody panels in 2020 ffs

      Torqued is torqued, and a bolt done right it's going to be the same across all models. If he knows how to do both and he's given a large time alottment I don't see why not. And more than likely it's probably the same part in the same place as most cars nowadays share parts

    Maserati and Aston Martin make some lovely cars, but the tech that goes into them is always 5+ years behind everyone else, and for the premium you pay, it just isnt worth it brand new.
