I bought it yesterday and I am returning it back to builders midrand today, it does not work and is unsafe when trying to ignite it, the flame comes to the top of the heater but wont hold for longer than a second

Very disappointed. I followed all instructions but it does not stay on. It goes off as soon as I release the knob.

Very disappointing gas smells from the actual flame no leak, bought it last year and only started using the gas this year the electric bars are already dying only 2 are working now.

I actually came to check about the gas smell too. I don't know if I should be worried because I checked for leaks and there none.

@@jusilas it takes forever to light up, i have to try it many times, sometimes over 30 times especially if i replace the cylinder, sometimes the flame is too high. And the moment i let go of the control valve it goes off, its my 1st time using a gas heater, i dont know if it is supposed to be this hard.

It took 3 days of constantly trying for hours at a time but it did start to ignite and stay on..

first one i tried would not spark - back to the shop, new one will ight but when i let the button up it goes off, complete rubbish dont buy this ever.
