@Linwin924 I've heard that there is a certain way to look after the wick. I can't find a video about that and have no idea how to maintain the wicks. Any chance you could help with a video please my friend?
@@tonywharton5220 Ok, no problem. I will make a video on how to maintain the wicks and upload it this week. I will leave you a message to let you know when it is ready.
If properly maintained, The wicks are probably ok for 2 or 3 winters - They need crunchy carbon removed from them about once a month to keep the flame working optimally. You can watch the wick burn, if you use it for a long time and regularly clean the charred carbon on the wick, but you find that the burning effect of the wick is still not good (for example, the heat is not as hot as before, the flame is small) you can replace it. You can click on this link to buy wick. amazon.com/dp/B0CNLNNRCZ
Hello i recently released a new video on how to maintain the wick, clean the wick every half a month or a month, it can last for several years. As for how long to replace it, you can according to the situation of the wick. (the wick goes dark brown and hard to the touch, it will be difficult toslid and will burn yellow, smokey and/or wont light anymore.)
@@Linwin924 just tilting it, it will leak around sqaure piece, I took a loose and gasket seemed ok, tighten ed back up, lit good outside, tonight tried in house and wow it will run you out with fumes, I'm sure I did something wrong, these are a little bit tricky
@@davidhansen9665 I'm guessing it's caused by a kerosene spill at the top. It may be caused by some kerosene leaking out due to the tilt before, so you take the kerosene device apart and wipe the square floor clean with a cloth. The smoke is caused by an imbalance in the accessories of the burner, and you need to adjust the burner, you can also watch the video I linked to below, which should help you solve this problem. th-cam.com/video/Htlqvv1Y72Q/w-d-xo.html
Thank you so much for choosing our heater and thank you for your feedback! We are glad that our products can bring you warmth in cold weather. If you have any questions or need help in use, please feel free to contact us. Have a refreshing and enjoyable summer!
You and I do wick preparation, before the wick change the same way. I have seen in some videos where they remove the Black knob which controls the wick adjuster, but as you and I know, that isn't necessary to remove but rather just turning the nut with a wrench will remove the wick adjuster.
Thanks for the feedback on our videos. The reason the black knob that controls the wick adjuster was taken apart was just to make it easier to remove the nut.
Thanks for watching! I'm happy that this video was able to help you. If you have any further questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact me. Thanks again for your support of our products☺

@Linwin924 thanks 💯
I have the same one what size is this wick?
The size of the wick is: 95x2.5x180mm.
Mine leaks if tilted around sqaure body wick holder, is this normal?
Do you mean when tilted to the wick of storage? If so, then yes, kerosene will leak out with the wick. This is a normal situation.
