The story tells about a poor boy who felt so much pain about his parent hurting him too much due to arguement. His broken face tells about his expression and scars and does not want his parent to know so he hides his expression by wearing a mask. Every harm makes his broken face worse that will cause him to death if it is real excessive. That was real sad, it describes more in the present😔

We just need OZ to come in and glue the pieces back together. Yes the cracks will still be there, but he will not have to worry about falling apart anymore.

uh no. the mask is to conceal his pain and the abuse that goes on at home. the cracks are the abuse he receives. they get worse everytime he gets abused. i think the more cracks he has, means the closer he’s getting to death.

i felt this, not because i get abused because it’s like when everything is going down and you are at the lowest point, you still have this kind of feeling of having to put on a mask to hide your feelings, so you can make people not worry about you and not spend their time pitying you.

Scars are beautiful. They show that you are human. And you can only heal once you acknowledge them, healing hurts.
The most broken human being, heals into the most beautiful, loving, wise and kind person, that the world has to offer.

It's called being bullied and picked on. Who knows what else happens, this is just the little random things they do on a daily basis. Kid gets bad grades, do they bring out the kicking? If he breaks something "valuable" like a vase or a picture frame, do they immediately resort to punches? You never know.
Don Backslide Are you serious? A child's parents mean the world to them, they're the people that gave them their life and raised them with their own hands, so why would they want to tattle on them? Maybe abuse is the only life they've ever had, so they wouldn't know what their parent/parents are doing is wrong. And with all forms abuse, including verbal, physical and sexual, some parents may even threaten to break apart the family if their child tells anyone what they do. No child ever wants to see that happen, so they'll stay quiet. That's probably why this commercial was made. Put yourself in someone else's shoes for once, it's not as easy as you'd think.

There isn't anything cliche about feeling broken and beat down. Especially by those we are supposed to be loved and protected by.

Im just comparing the level of originality to some of the other creations by the animations workshop for this campaign.
I know this is the internet but do try to not overanalyse every little sentence you see in the youtube comments section.
I did not comment on the message of the animation, simply its method of conveying it.
This is so deep oh my gosh. It's like showing how he puts on a mask to hide how broken he really is inside. But when he's alone he realizes how badly he's breaking more and more each day. To be honest this is more of a representation of what depression is like, less than child abuse in my opinion. Although still the same context for both
+Angel H Child abuse sufferers go through similar experiences to depression, but it does vary. The point that sticks out as being abuse is the shadows in the background at the beginning arguing and the father hitting the child twice.
