The main reason I said what I did is because there are so many comments saying how the fireball Camaro is setup for street racing & how Jackson would fare if he was to run Martin on the street/no prep scene. My point is that Martin is fairly new to the street/no prep scene but is currently in very familiar territory on a fully prepped track. That match up is fair & no excuses should be made about Martin losing. Especially no "but it's a street/car vs a pro mod" excuses....

Aaron Lejuhn not everybody knows about the fireball Camaro before the show. The main reason I said what I did is because there are so many comments saying how the fireball Camaro is setup for street racing & how Jackson would fare if he was to run Martin on the street/no prep scene. My point is that Martin is fairly new to the street/no prep scene but is currently in very familiar territory on a fully prepped track. That match up is fair & no excuses should be made about Martin losing. Especially no "but it's a street/car vs a pro mod" excuses....

Aaron Lejuhn most definitely agreed!! Jackson's been beat by native drag radial turbo cars in this class too so he's definitely not unbeatable. He's a hell of a driver & one of the best tuners out there. I think he woulda been competitive even in the orange procharged mustang he had before the shadow.
Aaron Lejuhn & Martin's motor alone bridges that gap between those cars regardless of what they're built from & the weight difference. That's an outlaw pro mod motor. Even if it was an nhra legal it would still be pretty equal with Jackson's car.

Terrence Bryant No proplem we can disagree. I think a lot of people think Ryan was coming back around. That side view shies Stevie was out on him and at the 645 he pulls the chutes. Ryan didn't so when they are braking he looks closer. That's what I saw.
This also just my opinion in this class if you put a bus length on somebody the that just means they shouldn't been there. If you put a car on someone it's gap when the competition so close. The 3.81 and 3.85 don't matter because it's all about the margin of victory.
