Back in February, Blake Edgington - Airborne reached the amazing milestone of 5000 subscribers. Without the support of all of my viewers the channel would not be where it is today and I am delighted to have reached this milestone in under two years. In this special episode I wanted to say thank you and answer some of your questions. The response was incredible so sadly your question may not make the final edit. I hope that no matter if your question was answered, you enjoy learning a little about me and this channel. This is just the start and with your continued support we will reach 10,000 subscribers in no time. Don't worry, the flight reviews will be back very soon!

I could only really answer one way considering she threatened to stop making my meals.
Can I make a request. Could you rate headphones between airlines rather than just say that all headphones are rubbish if they aren't Bose. This is obvious and true, but doesn't help the travelling public. Sorry

Nice one Blake, great vid, thanks for answering my question. I've just returned from Japan and I was thinking how difficult it must be to make consistent and interesting content as I walked through the airport and boarded the aircraft, you do a good job.
I hope that the answer was what you were looking for. It can be tricky to find something to say on some flights particularly on a short euro trip.

Incredibly informative video, thank you Blake! I`m glad there is someone else out there who appreciates BA as I do! You must take a flight on their B747 sometime, there is something so special about it.

Just watched this in full and really great insight . I do think your top 5 are extremely good . Love Noel and Dennis and like I said not over keen on jeb and Paul lol but that’s just my taste and not a personal attack in any way . I adore the airports and flights and the holiday is a distant 3rd . Cheers as always and enjoy the weekend 👍

7:50 I would also consider the fact that BA has a much larger route network than virgin considering BA has flights to 6 continents compared to VA who only fly trans Atlantic.
Route network didn’t play a role in my decision to be honest. I just have a bit of a preference for BA.
Blake Edgington - Airborne apologies, what I was trying to say is that the general public would probably like BA more since they have a vastly superior route network compared to VA.

You need to get over to Changi, it is stunning. I personally just about prefer it to Dubai.
Unlikely to happen this year but definitely on my list. I will be featuring Doha in my next video which is definitely a rival for Dubai.

It’s a tough time for all avgeeks - who knows when we will be able to fly again. And chances are when we do, the aviation scene is going to be quite different.
Of course that’s nothing compared to what everyone who works in the industry is going through. Awful. Puts perspective on things. 😞
Well said and having worked for an airline that recently folded I can tell you that the people who lost their jobs are going through a lot.
i like your videos. but you are wrong to recommend Noel Philliips whom I find a crappy and dishonest reviewer. watch this video review of his and tell me whether this is an honest review. the airline was a LOW COST/BUDGET airline but he fails to mention that at the very beginning of his review.
Everyone is entitled to an opinion and thank you for sharing yours. Personally as I said in the video I am a fan of Noel's but I appreciate you sharing your thoughts. Glad that you like mine though!
@@BlakeEdgington agree on everybody being entitled to their own opinion, but not all opinions are equal. some are more reasonable than others. i must admit that i have not seen all of Noel's videos, but really that was one big fail of a review that he did on a budget airline. if you pay a measly sum for a seat on a budget airline, you should state it outright and tailor your expectations given the ridiculous fare he paid for it. he reviewed it with expectations of a legacy airline economy experience. surely, it was dishonest to then mention that he paid only so much toward the very end of that video. and he actually lied, saying it was a 10 seat configuration when in fact it was a 3-3-3 seat configuration. look, i am sure you don't want subscribers who are NOT critical of what they watch. you do want intelligent subscribers, right?
