Lea Desandre made my eyes open to the beauty of the baroque vocal music. Her interpretations are so elegant, so pure and so unpretentious and yet naturally emotional and thus accessible to the audience. She makes me believe that classical music is much more alive than the modern stuff. Keep on doing that, Lea.

This was so moving. I have often tried to identify differene between the exact contemporaries and this performance explained. Handel is more voluptuous. There is a secular strain in Handel, probably because of his travels and experience.

Baroque music always had a special place in my heart since my childhood. I am so thrilled Lea Desandre performances is giving this sublime genre of music a voice again, literally. I am in awe of her vocal gift, her rawness, elegance, her infinite gentleness, unpretentiousness and immense skilled mastery .. Thank You for sharing such a delicious feast for all senses 💖
Today's world & most minds around make me wonder for how long still a singer like Desandre will make a living out of s u c h a singing and this precise kind of love for exquisiteness.
