Hey Al, Thanks for the thoughtful video. I have a microadventure coming up, which for me is pretty big. I've done lots of hiking trips and while I enjoy them I don't really leave my comfort zone. However, this coming trip I have to cycle 200 kilometers with a wild bivvy in the middle and for some reason I am beyond excited and terrified in equal measure. This video helped me reflect why... I'm leaving my comfort zone behind. I actually don't know if I can cycle that distance despite training, I'm going alone (always had company) and I have done a bike packing trip before. Thank you for the reflection!
Good attitude, something myself and partner doing, we're taking a campervan on 5 month trip up west coast USA national parks with our 2 and 4 year old! Cliche but you're far more likely to regret what you didn't do than what you did.
