I love this video. And I love Teresa. The love she feels for Darius is so evident; they are truly a blessing to one another. I'm strongly considering becoming a foster parent and this video was very helpful to me. So often we hear about the negatives of fostering/adopting. Its very nice to see stories like this one. Thank you for sharing your passion with us.
I am really interested in this lady's story, but I really can't hear her very well because of the music. I wish there was a way to filter it so that I can hear her better. The stories are so important, and inspirational. I am thinking about becoming a foster parent and being able to see real unscripted people talking about their experiences really helps. Thank you for your time.
Teresa's an awesome person and parent AND is raising awesome children.... your parents raised you well. Such a blessing! Everyone should be like this; thus, the world would be so much better.
You are doing a wonderful job raising your son. And I wish his old teacher could see his video because she clearly misjudged him. He is a brilliant strong young man.
As a school teacher I applaud Teresa for fighting for his child's education. As a teacher we can build or tear down a child, it is sad that some people don't have the calling for teaching, but see it just as a job, we are dealing with human lives. I would like to see an update of this special child and mother.
I loved the message this video put out, but I found the editing incredibly distracting. The constant switching back and forth from different angles was too much.
+Veronica Hardy I haven't been able to subtitle these adoption pieces. That will be one of the things I will try to do in the future. These are my passion projects, that I do on the side. If you message my facebook page, once I have added in closed captions, I will notify you. Libby Glover hi! Filmmaker here. There is actually a video of her son Dairius, as well. It was filmed after hers. I hope you’ll check that out too. m.th-cam.com/video/CO5v8TB-tvY/w-d-xo.html

So glad that I found this. Darius is a strong, intelligent and beautiful man in the making.

I love that she keeps his hair very current and stylish, I love her attention to that!! He's so beautiful!
I’m glad that Darius has a mother who’s going to advocate for his needs.
What an awesome family! ❤
You have 2 beautiful children and you are awesome!
I also think he's well adjusted to his little sister, you can see he's like a teacher, she looks up to him!

Maria Royval-Perez I hope I’ll eventually be able to film updates with everyone I’ve filmed with.

ZeFreakLizard Very distracting! Beautiful video we didn't need all the different angles.

Have you thought of attending a black church and really being a part of it for him to be with that culture?
