Fight and scratch for all you have,if not you' re done. That is why I love Louie, always will,he gave me hope that everything is in one's own hands. R.I.P,but never forgotten
this knowledge is unmatched. Greatly appreciate all the content you share with us but its sad that it is rare and not frequently. I would really apprecitate a long winded in detail video from Louie about conjugate programming for absolute beginners who start from scratch. How he manipulates dynamic effort for example to learn technique properly etc. how beginners should max effort, how to work up to max weights, how to build gpp from scratch, everything. that would be awesome. thanks guys
34:40.... Louie was still so friggin sharp. He says the quote wrong like hes Yogi Berra and looks around to see who caught the joke....fuck man. What a loss. RIP
So a decathlete does not need to sprint, jump and throw on the track and field? Just lift weights and drag/push the sled and then just use the track at competitions? Do I understand this correctly? Did Louie write a book regarding how to train for decathlon?

Louie is a book of knowledge. Preserve him and his teaching at all costs.

I have the utmost respect for Louie's approach to knowledge - it doesn't do you any good to keep it to yourself. Great podcast!
This is gold. Clearly laid out explosive power needs and programming.

Same here. I literally just throw on a Louie q&a video like this in the car many times a day 😂

As Louie gets older I selfishly want to drain as much as possible from him before we lose him. Thank you for the post. Thank you Louie.
