- Today we are rocking and rolling with 4 jobs on the schedule! We had roof cleaning, house washing, concrete cleaning, window wash, and pool cage/deck cleaning. It was so awesome that we washed a nice size 2 story house under 40 minutes! Using the 12gpm with the M5 Twist is becoming one of my favorite combos. The 8gpm is still the day to day machine but when working with both machines it makes the jobs a breeze!

I love the M-5 twist , it’s a time saver! Cliff, what brand of water hose reel do you like? I don’t want to roll my pressure washer off the truck anymore, so I’d like to pull the water hose from a reel and connect it to the house and leave everything on the truck.

Great video like always. In an older video of yours you mentioned you charge mobile home washes your hourly minimum. I was just curious to see what your hourly minimum is if you don't mind. I dont do the pricing videos as it creates too much riff raff. After all this is my livelihood, I can't display my prices on TH-cam for the world
I do pressure cleaning in Croatia, Europe. I am having problems with stucco. Will higher percentage damage paint ? I use about 3 percent in most cases
No it doesnt damage the stucco paint. Just rinse it well. The mix doesnt mess up paint on contact unless its organic paint.

@vmonroig21 oh the gun don't matter. I use an 8 as well, I don't pay attention to it like that. An average house only uses 5-7 gallons downstreaming. Xjet is a different ball game lol.

The contractor on the first house must not have known what he was doing to strip the paint off them tiles. I bet him and the home owner was sick. Do you have a link for that scrub brush.

Must’ve been crappy tiles for them to bleed. Degreaser is a mild wash and cleans it pretty well. You can always upsell a sealer for them roof tiles.
