- On this episode I had 3 jobs lined up which 2 are returning customers. In this industry to be successful you must be focused when it come to retaining customers. One way to be on point is by having a CRM (customer relationship management software). Its a vital tool which will help you know everything when it comes to your business, from addresses, services, price, follow ups, and etc..
Having a CRM enables you to have all your customers information in 1 central location. Gone are the days of keeping all of that in a notebook , ENTER the new generation of computers and systems. There are many CRMs to choose from and they all have great advantages.

Yard signs, Facebook neighborhood groups, flyers, nextdoor app, and networking groups
Great advice. Keep all the info on your customers. Hit them with an email list or a text message. Here comes the money.

After you do get customers MAKE SURE you have a system to keep them on file. My business is unrelated but most customers have my services done yearly. I block my customers out in areas (quadrants) and made one of their address fields this quadrant name then it filters to mailchimp and every year a chunk of customers for each quadrant get mailed to biweekly. I know when the next reminder email has gone out because I get FLOODED with booking requests!

QUESTION: How to you keep your clothes from spotting with all of that SH floating around in the air?
I use polyester shirts which are sh resistant.
You work in such a nice invrament cliff don’t mind my spelling lol . Nice wether all year nice here in Canada we got 6 months of nice and then we drop to mines 30 blaa

how do you get so much soap and chemical through your pressure washing hose?
Downstream injector does the chemical pull. And it will be more soapy depending on how much soap you add on your sodium hypochlorite

@@michaelcurtis7564 the downstream injector is fixed to draw a set ratio. Could be 1-2% depending on which one you go with. I pour the soap in my sh tank so it comes out all at once. I normally put 1 Oz or soap per 5 gallons of sh
what CRM do you recommend?
I personally use Hubspot
