42 g Fresh milk
42 g condensed milk
25 g cream cheese
10 g Butter
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp purple yam flavoring
Pinch salt
White Chocolate Mousse
100 g Fresh milk
180 g white chocolate
400 g whipped cream (soft peek)
8 g (4 sheet) gelatin
5 g vanilla extract
Mirror Glaze (purple yum)
75 ml water
150 g white chocolate
150 g sugar
150 g glucose syrup
100 g condensed milk
10 g (5 sheet ) gelatin
5 g purple yum food coloring
Garnish
