The private sector can do some good work. It's not quite accurate to say all people living on the street don't want to be there. Many choose that over a shelter because there are no rules on the street and they can do as they please. This will help the ones that want to get services to help them move forward with their lives. Glad to hear there are more of these centers coming in the future.
