Hello “The Farm”, I really like your DNS demo’s, they are great examples of short concise, easy to follow and understand. I’m a critic at heart, it’s tough for me to watch something at times and as I take in all the good stuff, also keep track of issues or things that lacked evidence based backing etc... Your stuff is spot on! I’m working on this in some of my supplemental posts and things for students and clients, in my video posts, my audio isn’t that great, using an ear-bud really helps and if that’s your clinic, turn off the music in the lobby treatment rooms. Please keep those clips coming, I’m a rookie at the DNS work and your posts help. Thanks!

Adam Ballenger thanks for the words of encouragement, and this video was done during actual treatment, so not a set up, that’s why there’s music. And no one rally minds music as long as content is good.

The FARM: Functional Athletic Rehabilitation & Movement well there you go, I guess you should keep that music on if no one minds. Best of luck.

hi there, with the leg that is on the wall is he applying / are you wanting him to apply max force into the all with his foot to centre the force into the hip joint? Cheers

davidmaiolovids good question, the position creates an optimal hip centration the price into the wall creates an antagonistic action to help drove more afferentation to the isometric hold

When things start to look similar, hopefully that means we are all headed the same direction.
