Becky, I just want to thank you for your optimism and enthusiasm. I am 70 years old. But I do a lot of the things you do. Garden, can, cook from scratch, etc. My husband had a stroke 4 years ago. He always helped when I had projects, but now I do it all. I had gotten a bit depressed over the cooking and cleaning. I also have to take care of him. But today you lifted my spirits. I will try to look at cleaning the kitchen in a brighter light. Thank you so much!! Many blessings. 😊 love to watch you, you have definitely inspired me to do more. Thank you!! Sandi
I appreciate that you made a point of saying you and Josh have your own cleaning appliances/styles and that it’s ok to be different as you are going for the same thing aka a clean home for each other to enjoy. I love to see supportive married couples being portrayed realistically💕
Becky I just wanted to let you know that storing your sweet potatoes or regular potatoes near any onion and garlic promulgates a much quicker sprouting of your potatoes. This is because of gases called ethylene gas which onions and garlic releases. It can be in the same room but I put them at polar opposites. If you’ve ever wondered why your potatoes are sprouting quicker than you’d like it could be garlic and onions that are suspect!
I have to have mine in my fridge, but by coincidence I’ve always had them in separate drawers, good for me, I guess… Last year I had a real long time where I didn’t use any potatoes (had a long pasta&rice period) and just left them there, I guess. So right before Christmas, I was going to clear & clean the fridge and toss the potatoes out because they were so old, several months old. When I took them out, I was shocked, I never in my life experienced anything like that. They didn’t only sprout, they had a gazillion itty, bitty potatoes growing on the sprouts! Like a little miracle going on there in my fridge! My jaw must have reached my chest, LOL… I had to just throw them out, but I regretted it sooo badly afterwards, I should have put them in a dark plastic bin and put them out on the balcony, maybe even thrown some soil on them and seen when summer came if I had got usable potatoes from those little «potato babies»… ☺️💚💓💚
Becky you inspired me. I organized my freezer, cooked freezer meals, took a frozen turkey and made 3 meals, dog food for the pups, bone broth from the carcass and then 5 dozen tamales from the leftovers.. all this week. Thank you for keeping me company friend while I took neglected chaos and made something yummy from it for the whole family.
@@SimplyStacyL well keep watching....it rubs off on me this and another family i watch and ive found it makes me move and get more cleaning and organizing done then i make my lists of to do for month or weeks....small steps but things. Like getting shopping list done and lists for month or even for the end of the year.....and first of next months...esp bills on monthly basis...i pit on calender so i know when to call or send them......plus each week i order what food or spices i need to keep stocked up on ....for meals i do each week..only 3 of us so its really not hard.
Becky, I live in Missouri and while at the DMV today, I ran into someone who follows you too. So we got into conversation about your chickens and garden etc. We were talking about you like you were our sister! I love watching your videos. Thanks for inspiring us!

Hey Becky! I came home from teaching today and realized I hadn’t pulled anything out for dinner! I almost panicked; however, because of you I bought a whole pork loin at Costco, cut it up, put in jars, and added seasonings (ranch and Taco), filled with pork broth, then pressure canned! So - I cleaned out the fridge for veggies and starch then added the taco seasoned pork I had canned! It’s a delicious goulash! I think I’ll scramble some eggs and make up a breakfast casserole for the weekend! This is just one time I’ve been grateful for you and your channel. I would never had started canning if it weren’t for you!
She has really changed my mind too with that electric pressure canner. My husband and son will definitely be getting it for me this Christmas. They bought me the Excalibur dehydrator last Christmas. I have so so loved it!! I once told my husband at the beginning of our marriage not to buy me kitchen products as gifts. He so brought that up when I changed my mind. I just want to provide the best for my little family.
Dear Becky, I just saw online the other day that you are not supposed to store your onions and potatoes together. Just to let you know! I just moved across the world and am waiting for my family to join me, but I was so happy that at least I would have your company for the next few months that I'll be alone. You are a big part of my everyday life, always inspiring me to do a little more. Thank you for being you
I read that also and since I have put them in different places they are lasting much longer! I also read if you put an apple with your potatoes it will extend them. Just added the apple so we'll see!
Literally the amount of joy I got from looking at the description box and seeing that you actually wrote "Josh's Fancy Vacuum" and "Josh's Fancy Mop" is just what I needed!! 🤣😂😆

Young lady, you should b so proud of yourself. I wish I had known half of what you do when I was your age. I am a woman of nearly 60 and I have learned more from you in the last week, than I have in the last 30 years of living. There is something about watching someone clean that gets us moving. I’m doing the living room, moving everything around and motivated lol. Thank you ❤
I know! Becky always gets me moving and motivated. I've got laundry in, dinner prepped, kitchen cleaned, and almost all my chore list checked off! I don't know what there is about "our" girl, but I'm grateful because she really got me out of a rut!
You just reminded me to appreciate progress in all its degrees, instead of being disappointed in myself for not achieving as much as I intended. And treating yourself to small things, like lighting a candle, throughout the process is inspiring!
I do a" I'VE DONE LIST" which gives me a sense of satisfaction each day. This way there's no set expectations so I feel successful instead of disappointment in not getting something done.
I just started watching this video today. Becky inspires me to try New Dishes, Encourages me to stay on top of getting my veggies from the Garden..preserved for the Winter. My Children are 23,21,16&15. I wish what I know now about cooking from scratch, Baking and Preserving Food, I would of know before I had babies. So I would have had a bunch of meals all made up. I still recommend caramelizing onions in the instant pot. I did it last year and I will never look back. It took all day, but I ordered a huge bag from a local farmer and just did a ton. I kept it in blocks in the freezer and it was fantastic for making Curry's and soups
Girl, you are very productive. It's going to look like fast forward speed when you begin your "nesting" phase for the little one. LOL. You really are awesome 👌
I am so excited for you to become a Mom, Becky! You are glowing and carry your baby like I carried my children. I love your home. I really enjoy your recipes. You should write a cookbook. Blessings to you, Josh and family!
Your channel has grown so large because we love you! You are the most real, down to earth of all the You Tubers l have watched. I loved watching you with your new mop!
Isn't it amazing how a clean house feels so good to us!!!! My hubby has ways he likes to do things too! Over our 25 years I have learned to let this process happen we are both better for it. ❤
I appreciate you and your videos so so so much. I am neurodivergent and a home maker. I really have struggled to find my routine and figure this out. It is so much work. You make me feel capable and teach me so many things.
Getting things tidy and re-organized is just like taking a shower when you are hot and sweaty, you feel cleansed, refreshed, relaxed and ready to face the next thing! Good on you for a very accomplished day!
You inspired me so much! I have an autoimmune problem and I'm thinking of doing some freezer meals on a day that I'm feeling ok for when I can't get out of bed.
I exactly do this. And im feeling so much more productive. I keep moving to get things done on my list...and i find with being more productive weekly.....i take the most of sat afternoon to night and sun are my off time..while sipping my tea and talking to friends on phone ...as i fold laundry
Enjoy your videos. Very informative. You are the first pregnant utuber that never acts like she is pregnant or even mention the fact. You have more energy than 10 people.
Watched Acre Homestead my entire third trimester and now it’s the only thing that will keep my one month old asleep 👶🏽 💤 through the entire night 🌙 Thank you 😊
Watching that quiet moment of you at your desk was really cool. Thanks for sharing your reality - that’s why I watch your videos. Don’t change. And I’m sure we all love to see whatever you choose to and are able to share. No pressure - That’s the Becky magic. 😁
Becky you are a wise woman. I had to learn that no one is going to clean exactly like I do. I realized that my husband did his best and I needed to roll with it. Josh is a great husband for you! Happy cooking and baking, Debbie Lavigne
I love that you give yourself grace. You make me happy when you say that. It's not about how clean everything is. It's about your health and happiness.
So inspiring! Today I felt like you! I put in a load of laundry and then started spaghetti sauce and a nice burger/vegetable soup. While that was cooking I got some computer work done. When the food was cooling I swept the floors and straightened out a few cupboards. I accomplished a lot in a short period of time and thought of you. Thank you! ❤️
Being able to do some cleaning and organizing does wonders for a person's mental health. Wonderful idea to set a timer when you're doing a project that has the potential to be overwhelming! I do that sometimes, and glad I am not the only one. Also a great thing to periodically clean as you go, which really does help! Cannot count the number of times I've been too tired to wash supper dishes and felt genuinely like I didn't want to actually use the kitchen again until it was cleaned up! Great ideas all around. Thank you for sharing your time with us.
My son and I were just talking about the simple things that make us super happy. Today for him it was getting a near perfect edge while sharpening his pocket knife and for me it was finally finding a mug warmer that my bigger mugs fit on and it keeps my tea as hot as I like. I've been taking a page from your book and learning that any progress is good progress and to just be happy with that. Have a blessed day.
Love the 15 minute cleaning burst method! Sometimes tasks seem harder to me than they will be but if i can decide to give myself 15 minutes, i can make a serious dent in the work. Excellent progress on the pantry, Becky!
You are sooooooo inspiring! ✨Thank you!!!!! I hope Josh realizes that he has an angel! Remember to rest when you can! Blessings & love to you and your family❣️🕊💛
My husband has a fancy vacuum too that I don't touch, because I might accidently mess it up. I don't mind at all, someone has to do it, and I know he'll do a perfect job. It's all about tolerance and sharing work. 💞👍🏽🙏🏽👩🏽🌾
Becky you are so motivating! Not only to myself but to many people in the comments! I need to organize my pantry but I’ve been putting it off. Your idea of setting a timer and just doing what I can in that time helped me so much! Once that 20 minutes hit, I was motivated to just finish it. I see you pulling on your shirt to hide your baby bump. Please try to embrace your changing body. You are creating a human being in your own body and that is such a miracle and beautiful thing. Love yourself as much as we all do Becky!! ❤❤❤❤
So Glad You said that! I have been praying for Becky to Enjoy this Time!😁🥰😇The Lord Created us Women to Carry and Bare Babies. It is such a Blessing, a Beautiful Miracle!! Not something To Hide or Be in Fear of! I Believe if The Lord Created us to Have Babies. When we Seek Him and Trust in Him, He is with Us all the Way until Delivery. From the beginning with all the Pain(no Pain Medicine) to Experience the Whole Process. Our Bodies are made for it! During The Labor and Delivery of all Four of My Children I stayed in Constant Prayer, Remembering the Lord was with me and Created By Body to do what it in needed to do. Praise Jesus My Husband was by My side, keeping me Focused as well!
I hope Josh appreciates what a great home maker you are. You inspire me to do something every time I watch one of your videos. I’m a good bit older than you, in fact old enough to be your mother, but I gotta tell you, you my friend are an inspiration, even to me.❤
That’s one of the cool things about Josh. He watches her, knows when to step in never step on. He knows she’s a firecracker and tho pregnant he steps in to help her with heavy stuff, But this dynamite woman will slow down when it’s time. Is marriage is blessed by God ❤❤
I have a Libman freedom mop myself. I think it has lasted at least three years. I fill mine with a mixture of water, cleaning vinegar, and a tiny bit of dish soap
Woohoo! So excited touring your house! My parents are buying my brother & I a house as a present for moving back home & yours & Josh's taste are fantastic so I take notes! 😁
Becky I remember in one of your last videos that you felt a bit sad/overwhelmed over your weight gain with the pregnancy, which I absolutely understand for I have struggled with my self image for years, but I wanted you to know you have that beautiful pregnancy glow and you look so beautiful pregnant and even before your pregnancy. Take photos of you this way, because you look so beautiful.
girl, love that you're craving lentils! They're SO protein packed! 1/2 cup of cooked green lentils has 12 grams of protein and 4 grams of fiber! It's fantastic for you and baby! I wouldn't have even bothered about finding an animal protein to go with it at all. You're doing so well! Your lentil choice is packed with nutrition!
Remember when the Kitchen is dirty Thats the blessing because it means you have food to eat and a nice warm place to live. I love your videos you are an inspiration.
You are a super women, I can't believe how much energy you have. Even with your rest breaks you do more in one video than I accomplish in a week. Keep healthy and happy. God bless you!
Yea! ❤ I reclaimed my kitchen from all my canning yesterday! And the dust is everywhere as we redo our master bathroom! I’m getting after that this weekend! Thanks for the inspiration!
Hi Becky, just wanted to say that you may regret where you have your kettle. Unless you pull it from under the counter, the rising steam can ruin the upper cabinet. Love your channel! You are truely an inspiration!
Good morning Becky, hope you are well. I usually make dinner along with breakfast. This means I only have to clean the kitchen once. 😊 Becky in the evening before going to bed I do a 15 min.straighten. This helps so very much with keeping a tidy house. If I have a kitchen or closet etc. project ,the rest of the house is still neat. ❤ Great job today. 😊 I am like Josh please don’t touch my cleaning things😂😂😂. My husband never wash’s out the mop head or empties the vacuum. So he has his own shop vac. Industrial Mop etc. 😊 This situation makes for a happier wife happy life.😂😂😂😂 Becky you know you are a house wife when a new mop brings you joy. 😂 Yay , I got a new cookie scoop today and I almost did a happy dance right there in the middle of the store. LOL 😂😂Until next time Great video.❤
I'm definitely a housewife then because I want actual kitchen appliances as gifts lol!!! I have a crock pot already but really want an instapot too! Only problem is we need to find an actual house to live in since we're crammed into a tiny apartment.
You can make your own "Swiffer" refill to add to your old on and cut the hole to add your own refill. Depending on your model, you'll have to Google it. Also, I know you like to keep things out of the landfill, you can make your own Swiffer sheets. I make them for our older model. Some I cut from the backs of hubs old undershirts, I've also crocheted some and using micro cloths from the Dollar Tree auto area. So glad you are pacing yourself and realizing "bite-sized" pieces is progress. HUGS!
I buy the set of 18 white washcloths from Walmart and use them for Swiffer pads. I kept a refill pad box and in it I make a mix of equal parts water and white vinegar, to which I add a capful of Fabuloso because lordy I love the lavender scent of it. I just dip the washcloth in the cleaner, wring out the extra solution, then attach the damp washcloth to my Swiffer. What I especially like is that I can have the washcloth very wet if I want to really "scrub" the floor, and have it dryer if I'm just doing a quick refresh. After I've gone through my stack of washcloths, I run them through the washer with some bleach and they're ready to go again.
Yes! Same here. And sometimes Apple. I still make it once in awhile since I now care for my mom. And, she, always lights up when she sees it on her plate. Adding chopped walnuts or pecans is nice too.
You truly are a dynamo... I love watching you, you give such peaceful humble vibes 🙏 Soooo appreciate you Becky ❤️Thank you for all your hard work and sharing with us. You are absolutely amazing and such a blessing to so many. ❤️🙏😊
A full garbage can of garbage, full sink full dishes, laundry piled up, etc is all a true blessing we just don't see. That just means we have a home, something to wear, something eat, We truly are blessed. And we are able to be able to move around to clean not disabled.
I made that oatmeal for my team at work once. After they begged for more any time they hit a goal. We would have a oatmeal breakfast bar. Nice healthy reward.
As a professional cleaner with your hardwoods i "wood" suggest investing in a good quality dust mop & 2 or 3 heads for it (washable ones). Murphy's oil soap is a safe family friendly product, and you can put it in a spray bottle diluted with water spray on floor and use the dust mop with it. also, a rumba that returns and self-empties best investment's I've personally ever made.... PS save that ash can for outside... repurposed is amazing!!! OMG HAHAHAHAHA SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TILL THE END>>>> HAHAHAHA Neways with the bambino on the way they would still be an awesome thing 😂 😂.... sorry Josh and Becky
I enjoy watching you tend to your home and family. I'm happy to see you create time for yourself and create an ambiance for you to find peace and tranquility. Acknowledging your accomplishments is a reminder to all viewers to do the same .This was very satisfying.
In my house of 3 dogs and 3 cats, I love my rubber broom. It is so good at collecting dust and hair. I first used one at work (in a busy vet clinic!) and knew I needed one.
I've been loving the frequent and long videos you're posting. I can't wait for your Thanksgiving videos! Just finished re-watching last years videos to get in the spirit. Have you been thinking about what's gonna be on the menu list? :)
Hi Becky, first let me say I LOOOOOOVE the sweater/top you are wearing in today's video! It just looks so soft and comforting/comfortable and is very flattering to you. So happy that you shared your method for cooking SC Oatmeal in the Instant Pot. My husband and I both prefer SC Oatmeal to any other kind and I have an Instant Pot which is still so intimidating to use. Silly I know but there it is. I will give the technique a try for sure. It will be interesting to have oatmeal prepared ahead. Also thank you for showing how you make rice and lentils. I've wanted to try making that for a long time but never found a recipe or technique video that seemed straightforward enough until this one. I think this recipe will appear on our table one night next week. I'm an old lady now but still am interested in trying out new recipes and techniques to keep our meals interesting and my mental health in good shape. Thanks for being you and doing all that you do.
Hi Becky. I am watching all the way from South Arica. I enjoy your attitude towards life in general. I have been following you for a while now and this is my highlight of the day if you post a new video. What I also like about you is that you are open and honest. Thank you, regards Bella

I also Believe Us Women are to Do SelfCare…Light a Candle as Cook and Clean, Sit with a Great Cup of Coffee or Tea and have some Relaxing Quiet Time with Jesus and Nice Soft Blanket, Take a Nice Warm Relaxing Bath, Go for a Refreshing Walk.
I can't believe how fast your channel has grown Becky. You really do an amazing job every time! Thank you for sharing so much with us ❤
I still recommend caramelizing onions in the instant pot. I did it last year and I will never look back. It took all day, but I ordered a huge bag from a local farmer and just did a ton. I kept it in blocks in the freezer and it was fantastic for making Curry's and soups
Good idea
So fun seeing your house and cleaning along with you! As you know homesteads always have a lot coming and going so it’s so nice getting to reset!
It really is!
You amaze me. So productive. Just don't over do it...take care of yourself and baby.
I love this style of video! Not just cooking but showing tackling the aftermath. Thanks for making it seem manageable! Your doing a great job. ❤
Girl, you are very productive. It's going to look like fast forward speed when you begin your "nesting" phase for the little one. LOL. You really are awesome 👌
Try the Bissel Steam Mop. You will not want to go back to a regular mop ever. I love mine!
You have inspired me to get back into my kitchen! My family much appreciates it ❤
That is awesome!
Same here!!
Likewise! I'm now prepping meals beforehand and having dinner ready much earlier in the day.
I want to make bread and I got the pasta making attachment for my kitchen aid. She’s an inspiration. Amazing really.
@@stacyadams8265 I’m about to hook mine up to make pierogis! I hope it works!
Josh was hungry so you gave him an apple ❤ love it, you are going to be an awesome mom🤗❤️ lucky baby and husband 🤗
You make me feel normal. We're all going through the same things. You're like hanging a sister. Thank you for being so real. God bless you!
every time i watch you tidy up and sort stuff, i totally get in the mood to also do some tidying and sorting. Thank you for the inspiration 💕
Watched Acre Homestead my entire third trimester and now it’s the only thing that will keep my one month old asleep 👶🏽 💤 through the entire night 🌙
Thank you 😊
Watching that quiet moment of you at your desk was really cool.
Absolutely love your videos! I was in a cooking depression for so long and you’ve given me so much motivation!
I wish this channel was available to me 30 years ago. You’re always inspiring to watch, Becky. Hope you’re feeling well and have a great week!
Josh needs to do a video on that mop! I'd love to see it in action. Never saw anything like it. Fancy, for sure!
My God she wears me out just watching her but it does inspire me.
I just cleaned out my freezer. Blessings for you and your family. ✝️💕
15 mins is plenty, look after you and baby Becky 💕
So inspiring! Today I felt like you! I put in a load of laundry and then started spaghetti sauce and a nice burger/vegetable soup. While that was cooking I got some computer work done. When the food was cooling I swept the floors and straightened out a few cupboards. I accomplished a lot in a short period of time and thought of you. Thank you! ❤️
Hi pretty lady how are you doing, hope you are doing well.
where are you from??
@@lucaangelo8356 Go away, please.
Your baby bump is so nice to see! And You look fantastic. Congrats on the little one.
I just wanted to throw in here.. I LOVE THE NEWSLETTER! Thank you!
Newsletter from Becky? How do I sign up?!!! 🥳🥳🥳
You and your little bump are so adorable!
Love the 15 minute cleaning burst method! Sometimes tasks seem harder to me than they will be but if i can decide to give myself 15 minutes, i can make a serious dent in the work. Excellent progress on the pantry, Becky!
@5:10 that’s a game changer. I bought one two years ago and couldn’t live without it ever since 😂❤
Yayy another Becky video! I'm doing some clothes organizing right now!! How has your guys' week been Becky!??
You are sooooooo inspiring!
✨Thank you!!!!! I hope Josh realizes that he has an angel!
Remember to rest when you can!
Blessings & love to you and your family❣️🕊💛
such a unique dish! And i loved watching you clean :P Super motivating. Please never stop making these long form videos, i love them!
My son is 15 and has his own cleaning products that no one else can touch, so josh isn’t alone lol
Dear Becky, you wear your pregnancy beautifully! thxxx for everything! Sending love from the Netherlands 😘
Thanks for sharing Becky!
You're so motivating.
Can't wait to have my own home to cook and organize and can and garden in!
The best part of my day is a video from Becky!
Love the mop...I still do my floors on my hands and knees...but an inexpensive mop is just what will make me feel better!
Becky- use that extra ash bucket in the garden for holding and carrying supplies, compost, whatever.
I remember my mom making a carrot salad when I was a little girl it was carrots ,raisins and a mayo with vinegar and a little sugar dressing so good 😊
yes, me too - my mom made that carrot salad also - I loved the raisins in it!
My mom made this too but sometimes she added pineapple.
Chopped fresh orange!
My mom made carrot and raisin salad, too! I love it.
Yes! Same here. And sometimes Apple. I still make it once in awhile since I now care for my mom. And, she, always lights up when she sees it on her plate. Adding chopped walnuts or pecans is nice too.
💚 Indeed, what a productive day and a delicious looking meal! 💚
Hi pretty lady how are you doing, hope you are doing well.
where are you from??
Love your channel Becky ❤ Always watch . Just a little suggestion. A touch of salt in your oats improves the taste no end.
You're So Pretty, love you Becky. Love how your Parents Help you too!
You truly are a dynamo... I love watching you, you give such peaceful humble vibes 🙏 Soooo appreciate you Becky ❤️Thank you for all your hard work and sharing with us. You are absolutely amazing and such a blessing to so many. ❤️🙏😊
Thank you so much!
A full garbage can of garbage, full sink full dishes, laundry piled up, etc is all a true blessing we just don't see. That just means we have a home, something to wear, something eat, We truly are blessed. And we are able to be able to move around to clean not disabled.
you seriously make my day so much better with every post! ♥️
I made that oatmeal for my team at work once. After they begged for more any time they hit a goal. We would have a oatmeal breakfast bar. Nice healthy reward.
Hi pretty lady how are you doing, hope you are doing well.
where are you from??
You look stunning Becky! I love watching your videos! You have such a positive outlook on life. Thank you for sharing your days with us.
I'm cleaning and cooking along with you today!! Banana cake in the oven and smells SO good!
Becky you amaze me with all your energy , and the dinner you made looks delicious . :)
Thank you for sharing your day with us. You are amazing! Yes, progress is being made and it must feel so good. Blessings to you and Josh!
Nothing beats the wonderful flavor of a home cooked meal. So proud of you !
I've been loving the frequent and long videos you're posting. I can't wait for your Thanksgiving videos! Just finished re-watching last years videos to get in the spirit. Have you been thinking about what's gonna be on the menu list? :)
Me too…. After work, I think if it’s a Becky day…. And I enjoy hanging out with you, so the more time is awesome. 😂
What an excellent productive day! Celebrate the small victories wherever you get them !
My mom always added raisins or pineapple to her carrot salad. Thank you Becky another great video
I would turn what I could on open shelves upside down, so it doesn’t collect dust! 🤗
