Something I'd like to see besides a better anticheat would be ubi employees that watch streamers and manually ban people during or right after the game
I think some mods do actually watch the streamers, or if they do find a cheater they'll get banned sooner than normal.
problem is people dont like streamers having power like when ninja tried to ban someone for stream sniping

@@darthjarjar3885 I don't mean giving streamers the power to ban people but that ubi employees watch them and when they see someone blatantly cheating that the streamer can just show the match number in stream for the employee to look the match up and quickly ban them (of course it should be only done against people who blatantly cheat or whose stats indicate cheating) ... could be fun to make blatant wallhackers/spinbotters shit themselves out of fear of being in a streamer match without realizing it
It's called "community servers" and CS2 has them as does TF2. Ubisoft is excessively greedy, they don't let you make community servers and they don't let you trade cosmetics. Ultimately, R6 will die completely, all thanks to Ubisoft's greed. R6 would have had another few years left if it let you do community servers, and it would have lived forever if Ubisoft had let us trade skins. I pre-ordered R6 and played it up until the update with the zombies and the wallhack ability attacker. When ubisoft removed the co-op zombie mode, I removed the game from my computer after it was clear they had no intention of adding it back (instead Ubisoft decided to greedily release a $40 standalone that no one plays).
cheating is not about winning or loosing to them it about ruining everyone else's time.
That's the majority sure, others cheat to boost accounts to sell later.
Cheating just makes things quicker as you finish the games quicker and always win
As somebody who has cheated in several different games (never siege) this is not true. Sure there are sadists out there who do feel this way, the vast majority of cheaters do it because they just suck without them.
This is only the blatant ones, the majority think that it makes them better at the game (which it does just in a really sad way) They wanna be able to brag that they're diamond.

A cheater was mad that I surrendered 😂, he was walling and recoil cheating bur he tried to say I had no skill or was a wimp for surrendering. I got one kill on him then surrendered and he was so pissed 😂
I loved this game but I had to quit because I just can't handle the insane amount of cheaters and not knowing if you lost because someone is just smurfing/way too good for the rank or just cheating when it is so prevalent.
I’m on console and finally deleted it last year not long after crossplay came out because mnk just RUINED the game and you do get a few cheaters who wall. But since deleting I am happier

I play mainly Fortnite and warzone lately and it’s not so damn sweaty and frustrating. I’m glad I don’t deal with toxicity anymore
mnk ain't even a problem for me, but I use the g7 gamesir and I've been called mnk. There's really no recoil on controller and flicking becomes easy with high sens. I heard ppl use recoil mods with the mnk now lmao.@@savannahedwards8911

i played 6 ranked games last night. the only 6 ranked matches ive ever played this season. 5 of them was boosted and cheaters. one of them had a plat1 paired up with copper 4's boosting the coppers up if not cheaters. as most of the coppers was just over level 50. lowest level was 51. no one super blatent but noticed some walling happening
i’ve never had a huge problem with cheaters on pc… until now, over the last couple days i can’t get into a game without a cheater

Biggest reason people are leaving, Quick Match 2.0 bullshit and Cheater problem.
I think the worst change they have ever done was quick match 2.0 I was a quick match only player because that had all the maps and modes and when they did 2.0 that ruined the game for me
@@sitbackreact5523 initial QM2.0 didnt even have all maps available, they stuck couple of maps behind Ranked only. This season they changed it but even so, new account? You can only play Standard, Quick Match unlocks on lvl 10... They knew it was this shit they tried to hide it...
Devs are high or something, cause what they done is not inline with what Rainbow six is about. It is Tactical shooter not a frigging Team Death Match run an gun type of game.

Nah, PC Cheaters are worse. At least you can still naturally play the game on console. You cheaters can DDoS match, make it so you can't leave spawn, manipulate the game, players.

I’m low ranked so that might be why, but I’ve never gone against a blatant hacker. I may have gone against a closet cheater, but I wouldn’t know.
i started playing after 4 years and have faced to closet cheaters already im fucking copper like people who in replay blatantly tried to shoot people through solid surfaces
There's cheaters in every rank, but you are less likely to face them in low ranks. However, there are plenty of low level players that play against cheaters and never know because they don't watch kill cams or just assume they got bested. Higher ranks call them out more easily cause they can tell when a kill is based on intel vs hacks
Got back to the game after not playing for about a year and a half, in copper, meet a blatant hacker about once per five games, with a couple suspiciously good/high k/d players outside of those too
By blatant cheat I mean blitz hipfire every shot headshot, getting headshot by a player aiming in a completely different direction, etc
i played for years now, stopped playing this season the cheaters are just too much now.
BattleEye has also been causing some PC players computers to crash, who have SimpleTrainer installed for LSPDFR
no point in banning either as they do no HWID or ip ban its stupid and level 50 acc only cost 2 dollars some 18 its getting dumb

I'm in the extreme group where if the anti-cheat catches you using cheating software it bricks your computer.
Wish Siege has a workable server browser like the older Battlefield games. Obviously, Siege will never have a great anticheat, so one way to just get away from cheaters is just doing customs.
Yeah something like what Overwatch has would be great, we probably won't ever get anything like Halo Forge or TF2 plug ins tho

I’ve been seeing a whole bunch of bans that seem to be manual bans rather than battle eye.
Used to, I would say: “playerName banned by BattleEye”
Now it says:
“playerName banned for cheating”
Console superiority. But Fr, the cheaters are a massive problem for any comp PC game, these companies need to start using proper anti-cheats instead of the garbage they call 'top of the line'.
I left console because of Xim being in every game. It was to the point that I started counting how many controller players I saw. Sometimes I’d see 2 controller teammates if I was lucky.
I moved to PC and it was great! At least until the last two seasons.

Another thing to remember is that anyone who xims is bad at controller and m&k so they use m&k on console to ego boost. Shitting on Xim users is so much fun
Xim is ridiculous on console right now. Every match you play 1-2 people minimum on the other team will be on MnK and not even trying to hide it. Ubi has got to do something.

play quick match if you dont want to see too many hackers, i have rarely seen any in quick match. imo its the only option worth playing with siege.

all the cheaters i face usually are chill for the first few rounds but as soon as they are about to lose they’ll somehow all turn into champs , caught a few tracing through walls and reported 🎉🎉

For console, it's just ximers. It's really annoying. Now, I can still kill and go against them. Don't get me wrong, but it's just pathetic. I'd say that 1/10 of the players that xim know what they are doing. The other 9/10 are just toxic silver - gold players.

I quit this season after someone how played sinced Y1S0 (Vanilla) with some break i was never that good (i stoped ranked in Year 2 and was most of the time gold or sometimes platin with some luck) and always more casual but even in "Quickmatch" is legit now..

How much damn siege are you all playing. I play 1-3 comp matches a day and I've never seen a blatant cheater. I've only been compensated/punished for playing with a cheater like 3 times ever and I've been playing for over 4 years.
I installed Siege two weeks ago. I peaked Diamond some 3 years ago. Figured I'd give it a try again. I got into a match. It reminded me of a hacked Call of Duty 2 lobby. I immediately left and uninstalled. I'm never touching this game again.
I just don’t get Ubisoft and not addressing issues then they give the worst patch notes we’ve seen in a while a terrible map we can’t ban if you’re banned from canceling then you suffer because casual is bad now or you have to have like 20 alts and they removed thunt like the game is unplayable everyone I know play 4kt faceit 10mans even most TH-camrs and pro players are in that server
The problem doesn't exist on console at all outside of some people using xim.
If you want good r6 just leave pc.
I have NEVER played against a cheater on console and that counts for apex legends too.
I've played 10 ranked games, and 8/10, I faced cheaters. I mean, Monty full shield melee cheaters.
I had to stop playing r6 because every game or every other game is cheaters. Not the classic “ I lost so everyone is cheating.” But I go back and watch them blatantly walling me
i only play quick match, standard has to many cheaters and tryhards who wont play ranked. Ranked is just bad if you are not 5 man queued. At least in quick match you get in a match with cheater, usually you can make the cheater rage quit or force a loss.
I switched back to console. And honestly having a blast. My aim on controller is now better than it ever has been before I switched to PC. In just 1 season of siege.
So im on pc. Eu, however i dont face a lot of cheaters tbh. Im in emerald and play ranked only. I facemaybe 1 every idk 25 games sometimes not even

Cheating in a lot of games is becoming more and more of an issue, along with corporate level hacking and data breaches. Is this what the world is coming to? Nothing is able to be trusted, not even the skill of a guy in a game.

Reported 2 xim cheaters to ubi support, iv sent in videos of their game play and explained why i know they are cheating, still waiting for a reply and if nothing gets done im uninstalling seige. I stopped playing after kixstar passed and came back this christmas, not sticking around like i did last time, time for the dev team to pull the finger out and acctually do something other than making battle pass cosmetics and pro league skins.

Im having a different problem im getting in games with people under level 10 every game and i lose because they dont know how to play because they got rid of newcomer and quickplay is for people above the level 10 and i don't play ranked cause of cheaters
Desperately devs that interact with the community like what d2 had before the layoffs. But with that the siege community got a clean up it’s act there’s no way ubi is gonna interact with y’all when the comments are just “this game gave me cancer” or “I sound to (insert operator) during matches” seriously the insta comment section on the most unassuming siege post are dreadful. Thoughts and prayers go out to that community manager

Why doesn’t Ubisoft just let these big siege figures like varsity a realtime ability to ban cheaters. I doubt varsity would abuse that, and all cheaters encountered would just be banned instantly as he plays. I don’t play much siege now but I get a good feeling the report system takes way too long
Bro the cheaters and the server issues are so bad that every video any Siege creator makes is just talking about how unplayable the game is. I also feel like cheating gets really bad at the end of the season, probably because legit players drop off, and then the problem gets better at the beginning of the next season, probably because there's a boost in legit players coming back to the game, but this season it felt like that boost in players coming back just didn't happen.
finaly. the game is dying and ubisoft is not getting any money from this.. keep it up. actually hope they dont fix it and cheaters take over so there will be rainbow2 with people caring more about these problems

been playing console siege since launch, finally started playing pc after owning it for 2 years on my Rig, so disappointed , feel like I missed out on prime years, 3 games already got points back in ranked for cheaters

In our server south east asia me and my friends are 5 stack we only encounter 1 cheater and we didnt even know it the day after we just got an mmr increased and say cheater was ban and thats it we played like 100 hrs we only encounter 1 cheater there either good at hiding or there not much many in here on south east asia server

Just played about 7 games and we had 1 without a cheater of some sort , this is on console by the way.
i got a duo queue of cheaters the other day as well, still havent gotten my rp back and i dont think they are gonna get banned. really sad that the game is this bad at keeping away cheaters..
this is why i use my console for Seige and NOT my PC
People with private cheats dont even care they just type un chat yall wont get rollback.
