Clint, how do you cook the oats to eat without milk? Just water? Plain as is or what do you top it with? Thanks.

@@crystale8188 I boil water in a kettle and pour the water over the oats. 4-5min later they are ready to go!

I eat legumes every day, I have RA in total remission since 2020. I transformed my micro biome with a 4 months detox diet with green veggies, and eggs as only animal protein. Then slowly over a year incorporated all foods again, just do meats red or white twice a week, low on sugars, no gluten. I don’t take any meds since 2020, where I had a strong chemo, as the RA crisis almost killed me, even was in ICU. Today I’m strong and healthy, no pain, only slight stiffness in early morning that is overcome with movement. Is all in what we eat, just needs discipline!

Thanks Clint, since I started the programme I used to eat most of the beans without any digestion issues, only the butter beans it cause me bloating and excessive gas but, recently most of the beans causes me this trouble even lentils, it comes to a point when I don’t like to eat it. But I didn’t stop it all I continue eat the one with the least issues as I need it for the protein. Now I am much better I controlled all the digestion problems with the probiotics regularly. Every one with RA must take it every now and then.

Does it matter if you use canned or dry beans?

  • @Kingpedro50

One would be better to freeze the beans after you've cooked them or whatever as leaving them in the fridge causes histamines in the food as well which can also create gut issues.....
