      Followed your recipe for the first time today and it was a HUGE improvement from my previous tries of different recipes. My only issue now is that they came out slightly lopsided (still nice feet on a majority). I will try again tomorrow!

    Michelle -- I got very emotional today when my batch of Macarons came out the oven looking like you described... I followed your recipe and I can't even bring to words how I feel. Thank you so much... seriously. I dream of macarons because I was just baffled why some of them would come out a hot mess!!! It literally started to bug me and I while I wasn't giving up, the let down of seeing a deflated macaron...cracked...hollow... volcano... wrinkly macaron can really wreck you -- lol. But, I used your recipe... technique and low and behold - success..... girllllll!! Thank you!!

    Used the recipe for my first attempt and the macrons came out perfect, I was nervous because the meringue was taking years to form stiff peaks but I was using a hand mixer, I did it in a rush so the shapes were a little odd but can’t wait to try it again !

    I think you’re brilliant! I have used your recipe and my macarons turned out ok, I didn’t follow your instructions for oven baking and they got under baked but I am going to do another batch and follow the recipe precisely!

    Just wanted to say thank you for this recipe. I was finally able to get teeny tiny feet on my macarons for the first time and none of them were hollow. Your step by step instructions helped me a lot. :) Wondering if a slightly higher temperature would yield higher feet next time?

    Hi! Thanks for this video! I want to make M for the first time today using your recipe but I don't want to waste too much product. I'd like to bake only one tray for now. Can I just reduce all quantities by 50%. Will it work anyway? I do have a food processor btw. Thanks a lot!

    Holy mother of god, the sift process is TOO LONG. 10 minutes each time. Any way around it?
