No foundations should be released unless they have a range from NikkiTutorials to Nyma Tang. If they don't have that, don't release, because they are excluding a huge number of people and in this day and age, that is not acceptable at all.
Loving Lauren unless you can find a popular youtuber with skin darker than nyma tang stop complaining. You're getting butthurt for no reason. Nobody studies skin tones. We don't know every skin tone. We can't visually map the darkest skin tone, cause I don't really care how dark you are. Cause that has nothing to do with you as a person
tucheeseyforu :3 actually people do study skin and skin tones .... and nobody cares about how you feel about dark skins they just want to use Makeup like everyone else get over yourself
I don’t even have deep/dark skin. But my mother does and she has the hardest time finding a foundation she’s comfortable putting on. And I love watching Jackie cause she has a better chance getting messages across to brands about shade range than we all do! I LOVE JACKIE ❤️
Jackie O, my white slavic ass is watching you from Poland where we don't even have access to many products you talk about. Idc tho, I watch you because of your personality. Love you and NEVER stop talking about race issues in beauty community.
Jenn Atha I'm assuming you're talking about our fucked up political situation in PL rn and that far-right "patriotic" march. I'm kinda safe cause I'm white, Polish, straight-passing and raised up catholic and our government very much values such traits, but foreigners do experience a lot of discrimination (do not get me wrong tho, I don't support such behaviour, I'm just recognising my privilege). I wish that good people here would take control but the social nuances are complicated. I think it'll get better eventually but it needs a lot of work and education. America has Trump, we have Kaczyński, I guess.
Hania Sz it’s shocking how one person can inspire this much hate and how it’s not just in america and its being almost mirrored in other countries. that riot is bigger than what our huge up roar was in Charlottesville. i’m very glad you are safe! i hope our countries can wake up and realize this is not our path.
Never 👏 stop 👏 talking 👏about 👏 shade 👏 range 👏 for me personally I’m to pale/ warm toned for 95% of drugstore foundations but I totally agree the darker shades are really lacking especially in the drugstore not everyone has a medium skin tone
I’m fair with strong warm tone. Drugstore foundations look like I put a pink lotion all over my face. Drugstore is seriously lacking shade ranges for darker shades and lighter shades. They have medium shades covered 🙄
Hashtagpolished pretty sure drugstore foundations have very fair to tan skin tones covered. Obviously not all undertones. After that it's a miss. Medium to dark skin tones are not covered at all.
Baby Sprout I will have to respectfully disagree about fair shades “being covered” since I have not found any shade match in drugstore foundation besides W1 in L’Oreal True Match. That foundation was not even released until 2006-ish, which is roughly 15 years after I started wearing makeup. I had to settle for concealer and powder in high school because every foundation looked like dark calamine lotion on my face.
Hashtagpolished You can disagree all you want bjt the truth stands. There are fair shades but not your undertone. You not finding your undertone versus a woman who is the skin tone as Viola Davis but only find your shade to Beyonce's shade are not the same issue and not even the in the same problem.
I love your channel Jackie. I worked at Ulta in a predominantly black community. The worst. thing was having to tell a woman they are limited to a certain brand because they are too dark. It’s 2017. We are cloning meat and crap. What’s the deal. Brands like rimmel need to be wiped off the map.
Meagan Hiller see....I wasn't gonna name names, but since we're apparently being honest here..... How is Rimmel London still a popular thing when their sshade range only goes from eggshell to fair beige?
Black people are under 14% of the population of the United States. Latinos are about 17% or so. If you see a larger range in foundation colors for lighter skin tones maybe that’s why? I’m sure it costs a mint to develop and release 20,30,or 40 shades for each formula. Im lucky if I can match my skin tone! I have to mix most of the time. It’s not a conspiracy against darker skinned women,it’s demographics and marketing.FACTS.
Kelly Nunyabiz I think those percentages are a bit off. I do get your point though. But makeup companies are well aware that black and non black people of color actually make up a larger percentage in the states(I can only speak on my location) than the Caucasian demographic-and even they don't have a good color range.
Idg why people hate jackie talking about shade range, as a white person I’m trying to only support brands foundations that do carry dark shades in the hope they people follow on and then brands do have to actually start trying to make a decent shade range
charlxttewilsxn I don't hate it (I know you weren't specifically talking to me), I get it. But I love her and respect her opinion on a product. When she focuses so hard on the color aspect, I sometimes feel like she doesn't get that she has a multicultural following.
Nika Small uh so you want her to not focus on the color aspect because ppl of other cultures who don’t have a problem finding shades will feel a type of way? Lmao please shut the fuck up
Nika Small STFU! You someone to sideline an issue that adversely effects them directly for your comfort? She's said 1000x times if you have a problem with her discussing this matter her channel isn't for you.
Hope you all feel better getting out your nasty comments. I'm latina and have color issues also, although granted not as much as darker toned people. I was just providing my very respectful opinion on the video. Stay blessed.
And can we talk about the coordination here ?? The hair and the sexy silky lilac shirt got me all sort of way While I’m here barely coordinate my socks... I’m a mess
Jackie girl, you always talking about how these brands never have shades for our darkskined girls. You need to forget these brands and show them how it's done with a Jackie Aina Make up line.
Diamond Benjamin she’s not complaining, she’s raising awareness. very huge difference. she’s also working with too faced - full control of their foundation range for darker skin. however, i would love a line owned by her
Yes, it's a dollar store brand but I agree - they should push for a better shade range. There's plenty of people who can't afford to buy foundation from larger brands such as Fenty, MakeUp Forever, etc so do better to include everyone at a lower cost! Loved it Jackie
The only people who would get sick of hearing your shade range rants are the people who can always find their shade and take that for granted. Everyone deserves a shade! Also thanks for mentioning the ingredients. I had never thought about the base ingredients of foundations and how that could effect how they work for me and with certain primers. It would be really awesome to hear more about what you know about that!
I have crazy respect for you always considering shade range and speaking out about it. I wish more influencers would go in like you do about this issue. I don’t have a massive issue finding my own shade, but makeup, particularly the affordable brands, should just be for everyone on the spectrum. Keep being a warrior, keep advocating and making people listen up. No apology needed. Love you!
The color you're putting on looks amazing on you. The match looks like it's exact! It looks really good on you after 7 hours. I always struggle with foundations not being light neutral enough. LA colors foundations have a terrible shade range.
Me 3 I swear these brands don't care Bout anyone pale or dark. Most of the time foundations don't work for me. And if it's pale it's too yellow or too pink. WTF.
If (cheap) brands can only come out with say 15 shades, I'd rather them come out with shades that are the whitest of white and the darkest of dark with greater jumps in between colors. For $6 I can absolutely mix a few shades. But if I'm paying $40+ for a foundation you bet your ass they better have as close to an exact shade as possible for everyone
Hmm! That idea does sound interesting for the cheapest brands! Probably worth a try by one of them, but I'm not sure just how well that would work out. I still like the idea of larger foundation ranges all around. Especially when thinking of how most drugstore brands still make tons of money, they can afford a good shade range if they want one I'd think. Right...? Even super cheap Wet n Wild has a line with 20 shades now. Plus, that still means a lot of people would have to pay twice...I'd rather most of the drugstore feel obligated to have the most inclusive shade ranges possible for the budget of their brand *OR* they put money into formulating great quality, affordable shade "mixers" that can be used with any foundation, that also won't screw up the foundation formulas when you mix them in. Still not a bad idea though!
Jackie, Jackie, Jackie, Jackie, Jackie, Jackie, Jackie! You have been doing this makeup stuff for a minute. I've read some of the comments here and one I firmly agree with is PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE work toward making a Jackie Aina makeup line. You have been innovative, you have been the "go to" for many things, you have collabed with the best. I am sure you understand both sides of the coin (the developing, manufacturing and marketing of the product as well as the pain your sistas feel when they are trying to look good -- never mind snatched as they go out into this craziness we call the 9 to 5). Yes, there are those upscale companies that may be shooketh at the thought of you beginning your own line but I say...Jackie, Jackie, Jackie, Jackie, Jackie, Jackie, Jackie at least think it over. We love you, girl. You will have our support.
i think with her working with too faced is her gaining the skill and knowledge she needs to do her own, so once that project is completed i think it’ll be in the works!
saffysaffyrocks You're right. I'm about as white as you get before you reach albinism (which is an entirely different subject matter), and not seeing people able to find even their shade range always pisses me off.
drake. issa funnier way of saying “i’m white” - and my opinion differs slightly from “i want darker shades in this range so that i can wear this foundation” to “although the lack of shade diversity doesn’t personally affect me, everyone should be able to wear this foundation therefore i will support the expansion of the shade range/condemn the lack of additional shades”
you are globel am from iraq live in baghdad and about the foundation i feel that the shades are a game for companies to get more money coz most of ppl are forced to buy 2 shades and mix to get there color
im white as fuck and it’s eye opening for jackie to talk about shade range. i EXPECT people to talk about it. it makes me upset when white beauty bloggers dont mention the fact that their new foundation from marco jacobi or whoever only comes in 6 shades 😳
Hildah Xxx awww, this stings a little but I get it. I'm pale and freckled and yellow leaning so I never find the right color for myself but I can make a pale shade work with bronzer/powder/contour/highlight/whatever and it makes my heart hurt that my dark skinned sisters on earth can't even make shit work like that because it's just soooooooo nonexclusive in their range.
I don't even think people are mad that there are only 14 shades. That isn't the problem. The problem is that there is like 11 light skin shades and 4 dark skin ones. If we could get 7 for light skin and 7 for dark skin. I think it would be better and considered more wide range. Wide range should mean it covers lots of ranges of skin tone. Not 10 for light people and 3 or 4 for dark people. It should be equal
This is a deep issue. No pun intended. Miss Jackie is a true social activist. Makeup may seem trivial to a lot of people, but the lack of equality on drugstore and department store shelves is a huge symptom of what is f-d up about our culture. Seems like certain skin tones just "don't matter". Rihanna was making a statement when she launched with 40 shades.
Yes, especially in a world where women are expected to wear makeup to work or risk being seen as unprofessional, and anyone darker than tan is being hung out to dry
Maxim Cuizon Not just those darker then tan those with a skin tone lighter then porcelain can't find foundations in their shades either. Before Fenty the only foundation I could wear in my shade was Marc Jacobs at $70 a bottle at this very moment there is still not a single drugstore shade in my colour. If I want to use a drugstore foundation I need to put white mixer in with it to make it light enough and I am not alone.
Tammy St. Jean let's not come into black spaces and whine about our issues finding white enough shades of foundation. People here are expressing a greater frustration than just makeup matching, but rather how society prioritises people of color. Best to take a seat here and listen
Naomi PR yes I’m aware of that which is great because that is my holy grail foundation. But I’m talking about her own magic formulation. I’m sure it would be unlike any other product on the market!
We need to send Jackie into these companies foundation manufacturing areas like a swat team or like 007 (all dressed in a black suit, black sunglasses, briefcase, etc) to tell them about themselves & how they’ve FAILED HUMANITY w/their lack of color range 😤
I’m so glad you post this, because I bought this foundation and the color did not match me well. Plus, I too had gotten a few new bumps on my face after use. And I hardly ever get bumps. Thank you for posting, it helped me clarify my breakout. Blessings
It's CRYSTAL! Omg. I have to check you out just because you have over 17 million subscribers! Let me just finish this video 1st. How have I never heard of you.
I'm glad that you care about the color ranges or lack there of! I'm darker skinned and I'm thinking about using foundations and that's been one of the things that I've been most apprehensive about. Your videos have been EXTREMELY helpful tho!
THEIR DARKEST SHADE IS WEAK ASF. I wish brands would actually HAVE the wide variety they claim to have. This is why fenty was such a hit. Great foundation and a model shade range.
I always respect you when you use your voice and platform to point out flaws, give guidance or criticism, etc. There's nothing repetitive about speaking up for people who are left out! Bc until everyone gets the picture, there will still be a problem. Love you Jackie, you always make my day
I just wanted to say how much I appreciate your channel! I'm a newer subscriber, and I respect how you aren't afraid to be a social activist in the makeup industry when it comes to skin tones. I know I'm lighter skinned, but I'm white and Native American, so it's hard to find shades that match my pale yet yellowish undertone. So thank you for always making a point to some brands that they need to expand their shade range! You promote diversity and it's wonderful to see.
Can you try Kween Cosmetics? They're a black owned company and I remember you saying that it's hard for you to find dark enough bronzers for you and they have pretty dark bronzers!
I’m pale as paper, but I still love how outspoken and passionate she is about the shade ranges. It’s not as big of an issue to me to find a light enough shade, but I want all the dark-toned divas out there to still keep slayin’!
Actually wanna disagree with the middle part: as someone with a Scottish complexion, I have skin lighter than all ya typical ‘light porcelain’ foundations. It’s bull crap. She should absolutely be calling out the issues in dark shade ranges, but the ‘porcelain’ shade is easily 3 shades too dark for people like me. Finding truly pale shades that aren’t just typical ‘porcelain’ or ‘ivory’ is getting old. No shade or anything, just sayin’.
Same. I'm extremely pale, and have partly the same problem with shades. I got into makeup recently, i didn't even know how hard it was to find a shade for every skin tone. I got to know about that from her vids. I didn't know that some companies have such a small shade range for dark skinned girls. Hope there will be a company who will make a wider variety of shades for everyone ._. And i still can't find myself a foundation XD hope at least someone's more lucky than me
Sierra Lanae I would like to know what concealer you are using? 🤔 every lightest shade of concealer I have tried is straight up orange on my skin. I haven’t found a single concealer that works for me, so I don’t use it. I just use Kat Von D Foundation in L41 & go without concealer
Chelsea Baker there are plenty of mixing foundations for pale people. For example the L.A Girl white foundation mixers. There are way less mixers to get foundations dark than lighter
Chelsea Baker agreed, and same here with the foundation. I use just a standard maybelline concealer mixed with the la girl white concealer tho if that’s helpful :))
Thank you for focusing on the shade range because even though I am not personally effected I prefer to give my money to companies that actually focus on inclusion!
Love ya Jackie!! You mentioned "matching your primer to the ingredients of the foundation" What do you mean by that? Will you do a video on this? Or refer me to a prior video? Thanks!
Carrie Francis foundations can be oil, silicon, water based etc. so trying to match the base in both the primer and the foundation helps the products work together instead of them working against eachother!
Mel Sanders It's pretty simple, you don't want to mix a silicone primer with a water or oil based foundation usually. A water based primer will usually sink in enough for a silicone foundation, but it could look caky or strange depending. Honestly what works best is just trial and error! Most foundations have a mix of oil, water, and silicone; so it's hard to label it as a single thing if that makes sense.
I really love it when you comment on the shade range. Just so you know, silicone is actually pretty expensive to formulate with and your breakouts might be hormonal or related to something you’re allergic/sensitive to or something inflammatory like fragrance or linalool or because of waxy or thick oils that imitate sebum.
Heyyy Jackie I'm from Jamaica you're so real love ya and how you advocate for us dark skin ladies😀! Could you try the danessa myrics foundation please she has a lot of beautiful shades and a full swatch of the line would be awesome
I see a lot of people getting these two brands confused in the comments so just to clarify: this foundation is by LA Colors, NOT LA Girl! LA Girl seems to be a more popular brand here on YT (they're the ones who make the Pro-Conceal concealers and Pro-Coverage foundation) but they are not the same brand! Just FYI :)
absolutely about the shade ranges! im a very light skinned person with a yellow undertone and a lot of drugstore foundations are too dark for me. obviously i dont have the same problem as people of color because im white and they cater to that but drugstore could really work on widening their foundation colors.
Koala Mochi yes. She’s herself 100% and authentic. She’s true to herself and channel. A lot of these other YT’ers are 😑🙄🙄😒😒😒 I’m starting to unsubscribe lol.
Isn't it funny how these companies' "starter packs" always includes light to tan? Why not have a "starter pack" that goes from medium-dark to deep-dark???? Issa problem!
I am from Brazil and it's nearly impossible too light or too dark people to find foundations from national brands. The brands invest mostly on "light tan" to "medium dark" colors, and that's not even the starter pack.
- - yeah to be fair I think the black population in the states makes up like 14% and a lot of brands focus on the US so that may explain why brands focus their shade range on paler toned
- - false but ok and that still doesn't mean they can't make something for everyone, especially coming from a country that prides itself on being diverse.
When your hair and your shirt matches! When that purple is everything though! When you shining shining shining shining yeahhh. Omg. love the hair on you.
Thank you so much for mentioning some of the additives. I have extremely sensitive skin that is prone to breakouts. I am consistently reading the product ingredients.
Thank you so much for your reviews. I’m 44 and still get breakouts. I was about to jump on that foundation train, lol. I don’t have time to fight with my face while I’m running after my 2 yr old. I’ll stick with my Neutrogena. I hope they expand their color ranges as well. Blessings to you Jackie.
@JackieAina... I'm not a commenter. But since you said it will help, I'm down lol. I love your personality and the fact that you're so real and relateable. Thanks for all you do and for your content. You and @ThaTaylaa have introduced me to makeup and all the joys of it lol. Thanks ma'am!
As an inspiring MUA I love that you talk about shade range, it helps with my education. I have always had it easy. Just grabbing the lightest one in the range. So it always helps to get more perspective. Thank you!
No foundations should be released unless they have a range from NikkiTutorials to Nyma Tang. If they don't have that, don't release, because they are excluding a huge number of people and in this day and age, that is not acceptable at all.

Deeper than the actual shade of the foundation, YIKES

Jackie needs to have her own makeup line. She understands shades and formulas etc...
B SimplyU she is collaborating with Too Faced. So she got this
Sabrina Khalikjani Too Faced fucked over Nikki bad and she's not allowed to talk about it.
I'd buy!
100%

Phyrra Nyx same. I'm soooo white

Honestly ik benefit gets a LOT of shit for their shade “range” but the foundations run really light and i love my O2 oxygen wow flawless foundation
Try wet n wild. There's neutrals, yellow tones, and pinky tones.
I'm learning pale people have the same issues as dark skin people with foundations

Yes, there are those upscale companies that may be shooketh at the thought of you beginning your own line but I say...Jackie, Jackie, Jackie, Jackie, Jackie, Jackie, Jackie at least think it over. We love you, girl. You will have our support.
Praying for your Aunt’s speedy recovery! 🙏🏾
Youkeyy loads luv youkeyy waiting for ur review on la colours
Sharell Fagbeyiro Her aunt's in the hospital
Jackie why you didn't create your own brand of foundation ? i think it could be a good idea😊
i think with her working with too faced is her gaining the skill and knowledge she needs to do her own, so once that project is completed i think it’ll be in the works!
Kimberley Came I was thinking the same thing!!
I’m incredibly caucasian but holy shit that shade range is out of order, the difference between caramel and cappuccino is ridiculous
saffysaffyrocks That profile pic is everything hunni
saffysaffyrocks You're right. I'm about as white as you get before you reach albinism (which is an entirely different subject matter), and not seeing people able to find even their shade range always pisses me off.
yeah word ! u don’t have to be dark to be appalled with some companies’ idea of a “wide variety”
drake. issa funnier way of saying “i’m white” - and my opinion differs slightly from “i want darker shades in this range so that i can wear this foundation” to “although the lack of shade diversity doesn’t personally affect me, everyone should be able to wear this foundation therefore i will support the expansion of the shade range/condemn the lack of additional shades”
incredibly caucasian hehe
you are globel am from iraq live in baghdad
and about the foundation i feel that the shades are a game for companies to get more money coz most of ppl are forced to buy 2 shades and mix to get there color
btw IM FROM INDONESIA auntie! and we love you here 😍😍😍😍
livjunkie Hey gurl, from st. Louis, Missouri USA Thanks for supporting our niece/auntie. She's awesome!
Girlll saame
Same omg
oh how I love your honesty damn
neVER STOP TALKING ABOUT SHADE RANGES- who said you should stop smh
DISHWASHINGLICKWID probably the white people in the comment section 😂
It's her channel so she can talk about ranges and it will not changed unless it's addressed
im white as fuck and it’s eye opening for jackie to talk about shade range. i EXPECT people to talk about it. it makes me upset when white beauty bloggers dont mention the fact that their new foundation from marco jacobi or whoever only comes in 6 shades 😳
DISHWASHINGLICKWID right!? Please never stop advocating 💜
Um warm caramel looks barely darker than me and I'm white... We need more colors for our dark beauties out there!!
Layla MacIntyre 🙌🙌🙌
MELINDA BROWN DUNCAN BABY!!!
Jenn Jenn omg! Lol 😂😂😂
I swear I can’t stop laughing at that part
I watched that part over and over! 😂😂
Jenn Jenn i really cant stand jackie for that LMAOOO 😂😂
I DIED 💀
This is a deep issue. No pun intended. Miss Jackie is a true social activist. Makeup may seem trivial to a lot of people, but the lack of equality on drugstore and department store shelves is a huge symptom of what is f-d up about our culture. Seems like certain skin tones just "don't matter". Rihanna was making a statement when she launched with 40 shades.
Gail Jacobson this foundation she is reviewing is la colors honey
She knows that. She was bringing up Fenty to contrast the shade range LA Colors offers.
The Jackie Aina family even extends to Africa, subbed from Kenya

Aprea Thompson OMG 😳😳 Thank you beautiful 😊😊
Me too
Amy N why has it someone sent her a beat yet
Not sure why, but I just realized that L.A. Colors and LA Girl are two different brands lol. They always blended together for me for some reason lol
Britt Brat lol same
Britt Brat They are 2 different brands, but owned by the same company in California...so they likely use the same factories.
lol girl same
Same 😂
I find that la girl seems to be a bit better than la colors tho
I love how you don't apologize for being true to yourself and your target audience!!! You rock!!
Don't judge me Jackie, I'm subscribed.
lol.
Auntie... let’s just solve all of this shade nonsense by having you create and release your own foundation?! We will all be waiting patiently 😏
these things take time! ;-)
Perfectly You Beauty, she's working with Too Faced on their shade range! 💖
Naomi PR yes I’m aware of that which is great because that is my holy grail foundation. But I’m talking about her own magic formulation. I’m sure it would be unlike any other product on the market!
Jackie Aina I have a degree in Chemistry. Always wanted to put my degree to some good use.....
Legit scrolled thru the comments to see some other ppl on the same page as me! She's gonna kill it
off topic but I'm loving the hair AND the matching top today dang
We need to send Jackie into these companies foundation manufacturing areas like a swat team or like 007 (all dressed in a black suit, black sunglasses, briefcase, etc) to tell them about themselves & how they’ve FAILED HUMANITY w/their lack of color range 😤
Allyson Sixx Costello, YES that would be amazing 🙏🙌
That sound like a good and hilarious movie!... I would watch that!:-D
I'm here for this! lol
i freaking love this lmaooooo, i can see this. Like the Monsters Inc swat scene "ITS A 2319" and break through
And TooMuchMouth can go in with her as backup because she just ranted like crazy over Jouer. lol
That JACKIE remix! Stop playin when is the mixtape?????
Jackie you need to start your own foundation line, seriously !! I️ think it would be a hit
I’m so glad you post this, because I bought this foundation and the color did not match me well. Plus, I too had gotten a few new bumps on my face after use. And I hardly ever get bumps. Thank you for posting, it helped me clarify my breakout. Blessings
The actual shade Mahogany called and said "that 'ain't what I look like". She's filing a libel suit.
It's CRYSTAL! Omg. I have to check you out just because you have over 17 million subscribers! Let me just finish this video 1st. How have I never heard of you.
+It's CRYSTAL! - 💀💀
😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣🤣
Girl like have they ever seen thr good china cabinet lol like lets really get our color right!
😍😍😍
I really appreciate your calling out the lack of shade range.
JACKIE DONT EVER APOLOGIZE FOR TALKING ABOUT SHADE RANGE! :( this needs to be addressed!!! This is not okay!
"Ooohhh did I just do the tongue pop"😂💕
I'm glad that you care about the color ranges or lack there of! I'm darker skinned and I'm thinking about using foundations and that's been one of the things that I've been most apprehensive about. Your videos have been EXTREMELY helpful tho!
THEIR DARKEST SHADE IS WEAK ASF. I wish brands would actually HAVE the wide variety they claim to have. This is why fenty was such a hit. Great foundation and a model shade range.
Jaclyn Nicole I agree, Fenty is everything, thanks for sharing your truth 💕💕💕😀
Jaclyn Nicole well LA Colors was slept on until now, give them time .
Jaclyn Nicole exactly !!
right?! Its not perfect, but its a damn good start.
I didn’t realize there could be multiple undertones for one shade. I love it when Jackie talks about shade ranges.
Oh yes! Me and you might be the same shade of brown, but those undertones make all the difference.
I always respect you when you use your voice and platform to point out flaws, give guidance or criticism, etc. There's nothing repetitive about speaking up for people who are left out! Bc until everyone gets the picture, there will still be a problem. Love you Jackie, you always make my day
"There ain't nothing wrong with aging they tryin it" 😭😂
I'M FROM CROATIA YOU MADE IT JACKIE
Desirae Moya I have to check them out
Where are their products sold?
Don't worry Jackie, I hit that thumbs up before the video even started. I got you!
Julie always!
you're the besssst
Same!
Julie I ABSOLUTELY DID TOO😂😂💯
One thing I give you for sure regarding your review, is that you are very thorough! I appreciate that.
I would love for you to try the Ordinary coverage or serum foundation! I've seen a lot of hype around it on instagram and it's only $7!
I swear by the Serum Foundation.
Kiki.tan are they still $7
OHEMAA BONSU yes they are ☺️
Jackie should come out with her own line of foundations, i think it would do Really well
Video's being processed?? I've never seen that message before, I feel special.
Elia Kazmi me either
Elia Kazmi even in drawings Jimin is sexy wtf
Ezer Lol ayyy army!!
Elia Kazmi if
Love ya Jackie!! You mentioned "matching your primer to the ingredients of the foundation" What do you mean by that? Will you do a video on this? Or refer me to a prior video? Thanks!
Carrie Francis some primers work best with certain foundations because of the ingredients
Carrie Francis foundations can be oil, silicon, water based etc. so trying to match the base in both the primer and the foundation helps the products work together instead of them working against eachother!
yeah i never thought to do that maybe a brief rundown?
*MALINDA BROWN DUNCAN BABY*
Macey King GIRL I HOLLERED lmao
😂😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
LOL wait a minute!!!! Where’d that come 🤣🤣🤣🤣 absolutely hilarious
Macey King LMAOOO
Low-key giving TLC "Creep" vibes with that silky pajama-esque top. Kill it aunt Jakie 💋💋
You are a hoot! I love the lilac-hair and top. You are my favorite MUA.
I'm sorry but Jackie is such an iconic MY UNPROBLEMATIC FAVE
MiaLeht 👍😘
Miss O, can you expand on which ingredients in primers go with/comoliment the ingredients in foundations? And which combos to avoid?
Yes Niece Jackie please
Yes please 😩
Yesss
Great idea
When she said Croatia...little Croatian me died ♥
So funny you mentioned Croatia!! We are here! Love you Jackie!
Mirna Knezevic I was just going through the comments to find someone from croatia💞
Varaždin ❤
I love watching your reviews of complexion products! You're telling the truth, there's not enough variety, and the world needs to hear it!
ROTFLMFAO “HIIIIIGH PIGMENT!” 😂😂😂
“We tryin to be in Croatia, Prahh-Guh!”
Lolol I love it!
😂😂😂 😂😂😂🙌🏾✨
Lmao I love those places in Europe & I love Jackie!
Heyyy Jackie I'm from Jamaica you're so real love ya and how you advocate for us dark skin ladies😀! Could you try the danessa myrics foundation please she has a lot of beautiful shades and a full swatch of the line would be awesome
Dani Lawrence I second that motion foreal
Girl I love you!! KEEP talking about the shade ranges! Nothing will change if no one says it so preach it girl
Just FYI :)
Mer Saints They are not the same brand, but they are owned by the same company (Beauty 21 Cosmetics, Inc. based in California).
Kimberely Groves - Okay :)
Im already waiting for the 2017 trend roast!!!!
F G .... Me 2😁😁😁
Same here!!!
I've been waiting on it since the last one...
Miss Jackie you already global guurrl, I'm tunning in from Kenya! Your channel is so boom 🙌🏾🙌🏾
You've made it to Budapest, Jackie! Love from Hungary!
who thinks jackie should make a foundation line specifically for medium to dark skin tones??
King Jabo I think she should just make one for everyone because her pale fans won’t like to be left out
TH-cam Addict true...
It’s just a shame that so many of your TH-cam faves have been consistently disregarding darker shades in their collaborations
absolutely about the shade ranges! im a very light skinned person with a yellow undertone and a lot of drugstore foundations are too dark for me. obviously i dont have the same problem as people of color because im white and they cater to that but drugstore could really work on widening their foundation colors.
you are honestly one of the only beauty channels that I still like. the ones I do subscribe to, I don't click, except yours XD
Koala Mochi yes. She’s herself 100% and authentic. She’s true to herself and channel. A lot of these other YT’ers are 😑🙄🙄😒😒😒
I’m starting to unsubscribe lol.
suga, suga, suga 🎶
Koala Mochi Nice profile pic 😉😁
Koala Mochi 😘
Isn't it funny how these companies' "starter packs" always includes light to tan? Why not have a "starter pack" that goes from medium-dark to deep-dark???? Issa problem!
Jhadai McDonald when you’re scrolling through and see yuh big fren! hey girl
Maybe there are more light-tan people in the US than medium-dark-deep dark?
Your videos are honestly the best 😭💖
YOU MENTIONED MY COUNTRY CROATIA AND I AM KINDA FREAKING OUT. no biggie
I’m on a Jackie binge these days. You bring sooooo much joy to my life. God blessssss sis
Hey girl Sally's Beauty Supply just launched a full makeup line! I'm waiting for a brown girl to do a review!!
+Dee Westwood - come say hi more often 😙💖

Amy Coker yes girl and L.A GIRL.. issa no for me dawg
I love that my girl jackie always draws attention to the shade range or lack there of
Girl if I go to Sephora in Canada next year and find out my shade is yours I’m buying al of the foundations and concealers you use 😭😭😭💛💛💛💛
You're a breath of lavender freshness today!
As an inspiring MUA I love that you talk about shade range, it helps with my education. I have always had it easy. Just grabbing the lightest one in the range. So it always helps to get more perspective. Thank you!
Watching you from CROATIA 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 LOVE YOU!!!
