Thanks for the post really considering this mower looking at the Farris stand on 36 or This mower. As a home owner looks like a pretty awesome mower thank you for the video
Am impressed with the Ferris line up of mowers! I have ran toro’s for about 20 years! Just bought my first Ferris zero turn! And I have to say best ride and cut I ever had!👍
Finally got me a dang z3x, thanks to your old videos making me druel. And recently gots my new logo, ANDDDD, just went out and grabbed a fw15 also , except I’m running my baby accelarator on it now….sadly
@@HandyGuy2016 52” z3 and I love em both, it all started with me getting a z1 36” gate stander, that thing was wicked, so I ended up selling my exmark sit down to a buddy and went and grabbed my z3x 52” last fall. Just now getting to stretch it’s legs and pretty impressive
I like the mulch kit, in fact I ran it all season this year, but I like the Bagger in the fall to clean up the leaves that get matted down to the ground. It does not do well if it's wet though.
@@HandyGuy2016 , I almost purchased this mower. I ended up getting a 36” snapper pro walk behind for 5k out the door and it works for our business. In your opinion what trailer I should entertain for my 52” grandstand, 36” snapper pro walk behind and 30” Exmark push mower 6.9x14 or 6x12 utility trailer right now I have a 6x10
@@Grassology-vs1hn Just my opinion, but go with the biggest one that you can afford, and the biggest one you think you will need for future growth. I have outgrown several trailers and now have an 8.5 x 20, and I could have saved some money by going with that first.
I really enjoy it, especially compared to a belt drive walk behind the same size. It weighs about a third of what a typical walk behind weighs also. It gets compared to a push mower quite often because it looks like one, but it's actually a walk behind mower.
@@HandyGuy2016 I had the machine for a week and tested it and it just was not ideal for my small properties and was in my opinion really difficult to navigate around small spots and trees. I am glad you were able to find a use for it but for me, it just was not practical for my day-to-day use on the field, I would take a Trigger pull belt drive any day.
I’m really looking hard at the bagging system for mine, would you recommend it over the grass catcher? Is it difficult to get on/off when I get a chute blocker later on
That mowers cut quality is excellent. Great video 🤙

nicest lawn in the neighborhood, nice video. Im not a bagging person myself but that mower did a nice job
Thank you brother 😊
I really like the design of this mower, and all of the reviews that I've seen have been positive. (nice yard)
Thank you

Congratulations! What do you think of the Z3X and FW15? What size is your Z3X?

Really brilliant job bud thanks for the video and keep it up it so relaxing
Thank you
By the 12:00 mark ups should be showing up with a ferris t-shirt and hat. Say what you will about the bagger, that's a sweet cut.
We quit using our bagger on the FW15. Grass kept getting clumped up and clogging the chute. The mulch kit is so much easier and better.

@@Grassology-vs1hn the Ramp Rack is an option also, if you already have a pickup.
Great video
Does it leave heavy wheel ruts ? I currently have good luck with my Exmark 30. I rarely bag. Mulch is king on my weekly accounts.
Negative
Again good video of this mower
The controls on that machine I just could not get used to. Plus it weighs a ton.

@@WWStudio360you just need a 21 inch mower then.
That bagger they sell for these things is a bit overkill tbh, but it works great from what it looks like!

I recommend the aluminum accelerator side catcher. I don't use the factory bagger anymore.
@@HandyGuy2016 does it hold just as much clippings or just clog less? Or both?
@@benhinton7421 the accelerator will hold more and not clog.
Would you rather have this over a 36” walk behind?
Definitely
i don't like that lawn too many bunny tails.
