If you understand scales, rhythm ans harmony you can write full composition in a daw, you dont even need to be able to play instrument, but instrument is very useful for improvising and coming up with ideas for melodies, but you dont need an instrument nowadays

Imagine if we actually got this for Playstation VR2... It's the thing I was waiting for the most with PSVR2.. Like it was one of the things I was most excited about in life as a whole. Dreams is incredible, VR is incredible, and together they are un-fricken-believable. I've never felt more powerful than when creating in VR. I'm just making a damn world around me, and it's the most incredible creative feeling ever. Sadly Sony dropped Dreams and my PSVR1 is totally worn out and falling apart. Hard to go back to after getting the PSVR2 as well...

I mean, it could work by simply using the DualSense instead of the VR controllers, just like it has always worked. Just at least let us use it with the headset. I played a little bit of Dreams when it came out and couldn't figure out the controls or how to work it and when I saw all the music options I was just waiting to see what Musicians did with it. For anyone who don't know Dreams is basically a Game Engine and then you can share the games, art, music, etc. And then everyone else can download it and play it, you can also remix what someone else made it turned into Shrek and Memes real fast but that was at the start of might be awesome now.

I didn't know that you could compose music on Dreams, but I guess it makes sense that you can since it is a game creation engine and games do need music. This song is epic, too, so it really goes to show what's possible for people to create if you make the tools accessible enough for anybody with a PS4/5 to use them.
I used Dreams to make a prog rock song for my orchestra class's final project in my freshman year of high school. Unfortunately, I lost access to my PS account (and Dreams with it, which is unironically the best game ever made 😩), but thankfully I still have a low-quality recording of the song saved on my phone. So seeing this makes me FAR more nostalgic than it should. :D
